The ‘explain a step and then time lapse tedious bits’ format seems pretty good! Would be really cool to see some off roading in the future too :) But most of all, do what you enjoy

Could you let me know how the storage box effected the tailgate strength and structure. Looking at doing this to mine as I cant stand the plastic on the tailgate and this looks like a great solution.
@@jacobsgarage5458 I would love to see this. I'm wanting similar racks but I have the snap on locking soft tonneau. Im assuming I'd have to cut the rail the cover clips to for where I'd want the racks to clamp to the tub, and trim the cover to go around them.

All depends on the height of the fridge, whether or not you have the tub liner, what brand slide, what brand shutter, too many variables to answer your question, all I can tell you is with the tonneau, slide, fridge and liner it protrudes very slightly above the tub height
Hey mate, how did the central locking work after removing all the wires etc to fit the storage box? Did the hurracan kit come with a locking kit? Thanks

whateveryoulike I’ll see if I can dig it up in the archives but I’m pretty sure it was filmed as a time lapse, I might be doing another in the future for my dads car though, just fair warning it is a very tricky install and there are many ways to mess it up especially if you slip with a saw or grinder you are going to put dents in the exterior
Mickleback72 I personally have the rhino rack pioneer tray backbone system, (mouth full I know) I use them because they have so many options for accessories

I know this is an older video, But just about to get a raptor and in my research I stumbled upon your channel, To answer one of your questions, I much prefer to have "voice over" or "Talking through" Sometimes I'm doing other things on the other PC Monitor and listening,m if something catches my ear I squiz back and rewind a bit to see what's going on.

Ziochopchop they are as water proof as the tray... to be honest In a water crossing I wouldn’t leave any magazines in their but for daily use I haven’t had an issue and it’s been raining a lot

Everything works as normal, it just replaces the steel rods with cables
