Awsone job. Simple yet functional. The only thing I would have done differently was use tandem walking axels. Smoother ride, less stress on suspension, and better balance of weight.
Nice job, I built a camper that I pull with my Yamaha grizzly. I’m waiting for a wheel adapters to bump up the tire size and then I think I’m going to do a walk around video on RUclips. Something I’ve never done before. So you have also giving me an idea how to do that thanks.
@chris broadhurst Thanks for your comment. As you see I pull my camper with polaris sportsman 400 and it has 12 inch offroad wheels. First off all I measured the tire hight and searched the wheels for camper that same dimensions. Than I found a 13 inch car wheels. The hight of these tires are equal because of tire types. So I fix and start to use. My advice is you should measure your Yamaha grizzly's tire hight and than find a tire that same hight.
@@dragonline6439 awesome! im getting a 98 sportsman 400 and have a mini flatbed trailer & want to try...how is your build holding up? any new recommendations? did you consider molding a fiberglass shell instead of ply panels? thanks!!
Nice! Wish I had skills to build something like this. I'm currently building one as well but for a bicycle to pull it. Mines just shy of 4 feet wide and the length is just over 6ft. Feel free to check out my progress on my channel brother I recently put the door in haven't uploaded that yet tho. How much does this weigh and what are the dimensions?
First of all , thanks for your comment. Check out your channel. You are doing well. My advice is you should make it as light as possible. My camper dimensions is hight 140cm in cabin 170cm ground. Widht 125cm and lenght 210cm.
@@dragonline6439 thank you and yeah shes pretty light right now at about 20lbs after the coroplast and foamboard and wheels it should be about 70lbs after

What type of material did you use for the Roof that can bend that curve ?
I used 4mm plywood
@@dragonline6439 what did you use to waterproof the plywood?
@@StrBADCyperIgwt Matte Grey car wrapping foil
@j j 2021 I used 3d foam wall panels for stylish appearance and heat insulation.
