I am a permanent makeup artist and just wanted to state that numbing cream is not very expensive! Many artists that do not “pre-numb” with a cream before starting do so to save time in the appointment. With proper numbing, permanent makeup can be nearly painless!
I never knew you could get your scalp microbladed like this to improve the hairline! The result looks so amazing and natural! I’ve been dealing with hair loss over 2 years ago after my son was born. I’m very self conscious at times but I’m exploring ways to help. Thanks for sharing!

Long-term, microblading looks rubbish. Try SMP instead.

This is really awesome. I had never heard of this procedure. I know a lot of people this could help out.. I actually like this idea more than the idea of having the same process done for eyebrows... Very cool.

Alex Robertson hey! Hmm.. I think so, but it depends on how much surrounding hair there is and how much baby hair. She told me that you need some hair to blend the look of the tattoo.

kdiazx3 it’s been huge in Korea for a while now, but it’s just making its way to the states. Kinda like how eyebrow microblading was huge in Korea 13 years ago but it’s just become popular here in the states the past couple of years

I think she did an awesome job! I would love to have this done! My hair line is so thin from my thyroid ! I would love to see a makeup Tutorial! You know I always comment on your makeup! I would also love to see a skin care routine!
Rachel Schultz mine got so thin too from my thyroid!!! I had my thyroid checked and they said my levels were “normal” but later I found out that there is a lot of debate in the medical community about what “normal” is since it’s such a big range. My OB flagged my thyroid a few years later saying mine was a little low and put me on a very low dose of thyroid stimulating hormone and it’s helped so much with my hair!! That and switching to green haircare. If you live in LA tho, you def should go see Elysia at Hera! She’s amazing!
bondenavant I don’t live in the area, or I would go for sure! I have hypothyroid and Hashimoto! My hair use to be really curly, and now it’s wavy with tons of knots in it! Plus my hair line is so thin!

Marija Josic yes! It’s such a confidence booster! Plus it looks so natural. Have you tried the hair powders?? They’re also a good option. My mom uses them and loves them!
bondenavant oh I have not!! I’ve just been using some eyeshadow from time to time lol I actually had no idea those powders existed😅 because I constantly go for the root of the problem and try to make the hair come back rather than cover it... I’m so going to buy one!

She does an amazing job! Although I'm curious how much people pay on average. On the website it says 900$ starting, but that's troublesome since the consultation is only waived if you get the service done the same day. It would be nice to know how much you can expect to pay ahead of time so as to properly prepare.

I noticed this video was taken a year ago...is it still visibly noticeable or has yours faded where you need another session?
I ask because I had my eyebrows tattooed slightly less than a year ago and I feel like I need to do it again.

Eyebrow tattooing might look good in the beginning but when it fades, it looks a mess- really faded and blurred and obvious. You're better off using an eyebrow pencil.

I had to wait one week!! IT was tough waiting that long..and you cant use any products like dry shampoo during that time :( but it was so worth it in the end! Are you thinking of going to see Elysia?

I would love to do it but my scalp can get really itchy and I have to pull my hair in a French twist for work everyday... So maybe I should wait to have some days off before I do that.
