Hi, yes it is Wesling 16. It is completely rebuilt and made stronger so it can handle big engines.
Prop er d på muslingen?
the way we grew up in the early 80's on long island N.Y. bays south shore.! we didn't have that horse power though. 70hp on a 15ft whaler. or a 15hp on a 12ft allumacraft.

No, you just need a license and if your boat goes over 50 knots you need something called high speed certificate
