A lot of people say that the students couldn't care less, but actually we would parade down the halls during homecoming week and we always played music for the students to dance to during football games. Our percussion would head down and have their own performance to hype everyone up around half time and it was great. The band also formed mutual respect with the cheerleaders so now there's this ritual thing we do together at games, and the cheerleaders always danced with us during our field show during the middle song. So basically, times are changing I guess? Or maybe my town just loves the band a lot more than other communities. When I graduated, we had 212 members and it increases each year so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
This is the where Rikka High school " light blue demons" featured (not included/cut out in this video) where also marching in this scene, prior to Kitauji school band, where actually the infamous Kyoto Tachibana SHS Band also known as "Orange Devils" they only change the color of uniform to light blue instead of orange and the school name. which also seen in the ensemble competition on the later part of this anime.

They are a Band that go all out for better or worse, where they for example dance when they play music... just search for Kyoto Tachibana and see one of there competition videos...
And, well, even with the thin disguise, it managed to fluster Kitauji... Very Kyoto Tachibana. I've been hearing the same with the high school band that played behind Kyoto Tachibana in the Rose Parade in 2018. It was around the lines of "It sucks to be the band playing after them."

They played during the opening of this anime too and was well known in Japan. I am one of their fans and they were really Amazing. Only in high school but they were already very professional when you see and listen to them. They're also very different from any brass bands I've seen. They have a unique character. In Hibike! Euphonium they (the band) was called the blue demons from which Tachibana was called the orange demons.

I feel like I'm inside of this anime, I've never experienced of any kind of activities in my whole school life, my life was boring, because I hate participating in class. That's why now I don't have friends when I graduate feels like I have a full of regrets before. If anyone gets a chance to go see a high school band from Texas proform at the big comps we hold you truly be impressed. Most players in the big Texas high schools band sound like professional.
Your M.B uniform's color depends on your schools colors, Edgewoods is Black,White and Red. Now for the Summer Uniform. the uniform is of course your schools colors, is much looser,(Not tighter) is much cooler, Short shirts and Kakis, sometimes we will wear the Winter Uniform( Depends of the importance of the event) but with the Summer uniform= a greater chance of Dehydration, Sunburn, heat stroke(Attack), crappy stuff.So inclusion DRINK, HYDRATE HYDRATE!!! SUN LOTION!! But you will have the time of a life time. Enjoy every second.

演奏は本当にしんどい！日光に当たると金管は熱くなるし木管楽器、特にクラリネットやオーボエ、バスクラなど
木の素材などを使った楽器は日焼けすると音が変わるから長いこと置けないし、
甲子園の応援で演奏を見ると頑張れの気持ちと楽器達よ、少しの辛抱だ。耐えたくれの気持ちでいっぱい。
