    This is NOT full maintenance. It's just a quick cleaning.
    They forgot Ejectors (remove, clean, lubricate).

    • @cnmoulding
      @cnmoulding  6 лет назад +3

      you are right ,because the mold need run everyday, so not need clean ejectors, if mold store in the company up to 1 month, we will do that.

    Carelless handling, no safety strap to keep the mold halves from separating .

      @@cnmoulding, du musst bedenken wenn die Form aufgeht, drückt deine Spritzeinheit dagegen. Du hast 50 Kn , aber nur 2 Pratzen. Das ist keine gute Idee. Deine Form bewegt sich dann. Du siehst es an den Führungssäulen ,der Stahl frisst. gehe mit der Hand einfach um die Säulen rum spürst du dort Dellen oder Furchen , läuft sich das Werkzeug ein. (Form) Dein Werkzeug kann dann nicht mehr richtig zentrieren. Ergo : Du hast Versatz oder Überspitzung an den Teilen. Mache doch die Form in der Maschine sauber. Brauchst du sie nicht mehr auseinander ziehen.

    Wouldn't pass in America. First the clamps weren't atleast 4 or 5 threads in. Second shit job at cleaning. Third ejector pins leader pins etc wasn't cleaned. Major air burn coming your way. Sad

      Well, I wouldn't use America as a gold standard for manufacturing excellence 😂 lmao that ship sailed a long time ago! Now, if you said Germany, England, Switzerland, or even Canada, I would agree! But America? Lol nope.
      Btw I agree with your statement that this is hardly a maintenance procedure - they didn't even need to take it out of the machine to rub it down like they did
