Wouldn't pass in America. First the clamps weren't atleast 4 or 5 threads in. Second shit job at cleaning. Third ejector pins leader pins etc wasn't cleaned. Major air burn coming your way. Sad
Well, I wouldn't use America as a gold standard for manufacturing excellence 😂 lmao that ship sailed a long time ago! Now, if you said Germany, England, Switzerland, or even Canada, I would agree! But America? Lol nope. Btw I agree with your statement that this is hardly a maintenance procedure - they didn't even need to take it out of the machine to rub it down like they did
Jesus man, one crane movement at a time.
This is NOT full maintenance. It's just a quick cleaning.
They forgot Ejectors (remove, clean, lubricate).
you are right ,because the mold need run everyday, so not need clean ejectors, if mold store in the company up to 1 month, we will do that.
Carelless handling, no safety strap to keep the mold halves from separating .
thank you
Molds that size almost always have 4 clamps I work w/ 2200 ton plastic injection presses that's where you put the clamps on
sure ,4 clamps is needed

Nice video, do you have tool maintenance chart of both routine and thorough?
no, you can follow our video
which chemical is used for clean the flow path of mould
Good day, in Texas there are factories where Molds are given maintenance? I am a mold adjuster technician, who could inform me! Thank you!
it is the reason why customers want to produce injection molded parts in Shanghai, China. It will be very easy to find assistant here.
Yo, safety hazard, always lock side a to side b before removing from the machine.
No kidding glad I wasn't the only one who noticed that
Is there any coating done to the mould ? Or it's just a single metal?
we make a full hardened mold, heat treat to HRC 54. About coating, every time we spray oil on the mold for Rust-prevention

@@cnmouldingAnd Sir when we inject plastic in the mould or cavity where does the air trapped in it goes?

Jeeze man I'd be scared to death only having 4 clamps holding that mold in.
mold size not big, 4 clamps is enough to hold the mold
4 clams in hot side and 4 in ejector side
