I have not seen a mold from another source besides Asia in 15 years. I get very good molds from them.
@@willysnowman i use to make molds in USA. mostly non removable cavity molds for auto parts. its a big part of the industry here.

congratulations on the work, I believe that the guide pins of the extractor plate are a little worse than the closing face of the mold. And it seemed to me that it had plastic burrs on the product?

Excellent, the method of mold making is very good. Your mould is very good, but for cente fitting ring you did nothing for the unit center ?
yes,this mold have no locating ring.but for export mold ,we make locating ring as request.

Is the main mould outer assembly an off the shelf item suited to your particular machine or do you have to scratch build that as well as the actual mould itself ?

no grease at all ? so after you ship to the us we cant even run it without taking apart again

but i'm wondering if you forget to put some springs there to make the ejector plate back to its position or you have other way to get that plate back?
as far as i know, you will need springs to push the ejector plate back. you can use pneumatic or hydraulic, but i think using springs is the easiest way to do that
we use screw to connect machines,it is safer than spring.Thank you for your comments!
Machines with hydraulic ejection connect direct to ejector plate. This doesn't require die springs. Much safer and less energy required. Yes, springs are easier but lazier.

I tear molds down for maintenance cleaning here in America. Here I am watching this. I love the attention to detail.
You use a cheater pipe I use a hammer. My torque spec is two ooga boogas for little bolts and 4 for the big bolts.

@@jackielau2076 it's ok but I have seen from very small to large mold locating ring is must.
@@vikas11885 im working like toolmaker / mould repair shop for many years .. we are using moulds 10-50 tons .. and some injection machines have like automatic replacement of mould and its not able to use "locating rings" or any kind of bushing ... it depend purely on systems of injection machines ... sorry for my english and have a nice day sir !

how was a centering of plates in halves realized? There is no any pins in a mold - only screws, why them weren't necessary?

@@jackielau2076 but what about an assembly inaccuracy? I mean screw holes and screws are usualy made with a gap, so a plates may displace from one another during an assembly
@@user-sf4hr4rf5o this is why we use precise machines to machine the spare parts of mold.it make sure assembly accuracy within 0.01 mm
@@jackielau2076 I disagree with you. You are fixing mold's moving half to machine by clamping back plate, which means after long working, beams and core holder plate can slip down by clearance of hole and screws.

can somebody tell me the difference between mould& die, which one is used in toothbrush Manfacturing.
tooth brush are made by injection molding.but brush planting is very important process,I suggest you to find a professional toothbrush supplier
Generally speaking, a mold is for plastic, and a die is for steel. If you are injection molding plastic then you need a mold (aka "tool"). If you are stamping steel then you are using a die.

That is Edm oil to clean any dust particals in that plate,s surface

over all an efficient video- but over "Torqueing" the cavity in top half. (looked to be around a 3/8-16 takes only 25 foot pounds to seat properly) , also aluminum dents look small dead blow or soft copper . lastly as a procedure build all molds with an A/B strap to stop separation on loading in a machine. (google mold safety straps for an idea)
