- The Leading Hotels of The World (LHW) group. They are comprised of more than 400 hotels in over 80 countries. And since we are diversifying our usual hotel stays, why not give them a try. A smaller footprint compared to the other hotel chains around, however, all I hear are pretty amazing stuff. So why not.
LHW hotels are made up with a collection of independent and uncommon luxury hotels all around the world. And there are only 2 properties in Malaysia. And also for those who are interested in their hotel loyalty program, it is a paid program and it's called The Leaders Club. (IT IS CURRENTLY FREE) For those who are keen in these rare luxury properties, you can actually consider joining for the extra perks and benefits. Or you can check out many travel agencies.
Location of the hotel is just a stone throw away from the twin towers. I won't write up what you can find about the hotel online. But these few things that are worth highlighting. Design, Attention to Details, and Service. I am impressed. Honestly, it's not easy to get all these 3 things right together. It is near impossible to find hotels that can do all these.
On the whole, The experience was exceptional. And I would get murdered by Leo for saying this, it is near impossible to impressed Leo when our room isn't a suite and The RuMa somehow manage to do that. That is how impressive this property is.
Well, as y'all know by now, Malaysia has closed their borders since 2020. And probably because of that, local hotels are almost full all the time. Especially WEEKENDS. I would definitely recommend a weekday stay if you can. So the pool and spa are not busy. And since I've booked my stay via Hotelux (Check them out) We manage to get extra perks like spa for 2 and free breakfast and also late check out and an upgrade.
Breakfast at Atas. Almost hit all the right spots for me. It is not just about presentation. And it is also not about mass production to feed everyone. It is also about the quality and taste. That really made me fall in love with this property even more. Because most probably when it comes to breakfast, it is all about speed and mass produced. And somewhere in between there, quality is compromised. I am so glad that this did not happened here.
I will let y'all be the judge. So far for me, I am really impressed.
