My question is, who exactly are you trying to hide your license plate from? No one except law enforcement can run it, and when they do run it, it logs who ran it. Plus you showed the full plate 3 times.
Bedcovers tend to help mpg less drag i guess the last truck i had i put one on & it went up a couple of mpg which suprised me
