  • Let's talk about a specialized tilt test used to assess autonomic function and orthostatic intolerance. The test involves measuring cerebral blood flow in the left and right middle cerebral arteries using Doppler ultrasound while tilting the patient to a 70-degree angle. A unique aspect we use at the Keiser clinic is the introduction of a cognitive task during the 8th minute to assess dual-tasking effects on cerebral blood flow. This modified tilt test helps differentiate between mechanically driven and neurologically driven symptoms.

Just… WOW 😮. I’ve never heard of this possibility before. I’m quite familiar with dual-task research in motor learning, but not once did I ever relate this to my own neurological and autonomic issues. Next time I start feeling dizzy, I’m going to try a math problem 😁

I like what your doing, if you find the key to Pots/Dysautonomia be sure to be SMART and cover all avenues before releasing the potential cure to either or. God Bless doc. Just a regular guy.

My brother in Christ please present these findings with a graph instead of making viewers rawdog an excel sheet.
