    Never knew how to make Cesar salad like this nice. Got anchovy at the store and just made it, it tastes amazing !!!

    Pal ways wanted to try a from scratch ceasar dressing, looks great. But where can I find fresh anchovies in the grocery store? Please help thanks Sarah , keep the videos coming:)

    The original Caesar salad recipe (unlike his brother Alex's Aviator's salad) did not contain pieces of anchovy; the slight anchovy flavor comes from the Worcestershire sauce. Cardini was opposed to using anchovies in his salad

    I love Caesar salad. My recipe is, a whole raw egg, garlic, I like 5 cloves. It's a matter of taste. Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard red wine vinegar, EVOO, a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper. Unfortunately, I'm not a measurer. I go by taste and consistency. I like to to shave parm. in the dressing as well as on top of the salad.

    just wanna share what i thought here.....i lived in indonesia and we here had such kind dried kinda small fish, just wondering is that the same thing as anchovies you used in there? if its the same i thought just funny how you treat them as "the part of condiment" rather than "the main ingredient"..... are you using them as main ingredient also? we here had "anchovies and peanut in sweet spicy sauce" and my mom making it so many times coz anchovies or dried fish are used to be the cheapest source of protein in my family......

      I think your talking about ikan bilis(?)its the same thing as anchovies,but the anchovies she's using here are probably oil/vinegar based while the anchovies in indonesia are mostly sundried(?)/deep fried/.There are people who eat them as mains but its more of an aquired taste due to strong smell XD

    No Anchovies ever went into an authentic Caesar Salad.. in a classic Salad it’s done in a wooden bowl using 2 forks

    Technically in a classic Caesar salad there are no anchovies just Worcestershire sauce...
