That is proper potato farming. Even the "Rubbish potatoes" that didn't make the grade and went back into the soil looked good enough for some markets...
Great video! When I was young I also did a lot of work on the farm and harvesting potatoes and i loved doing that, but not as modern as it goes here! Also great to see my brother on the potato harvest machine!
