Hi Fadhili, Yes, the storage rooms are climate controlled. The potatoes are kept for a period of up to 8 months. Once the grading starts, I will shoot another video. Thanks for watching!
Great video! When I was young I also did a lot of work on the farm and harvesting potatoes and i loved doing that, but not as modern as it goes here! Also great to see my brother on the potato harvest machine!

That is proper potato farming. Even the "Rubbish potatoes" that didn't make the grade and went back into the soil looked good enough for some markets...
