    Your video highly appreciated. Please also advise, what is the exact function of N2 accumulators in Alpha lubricator systems. What effect happens in cylinder lubrication if the N2 accumulator's membrane is ruptured or if the accumulator has been found de-pressurized?

    Some engines like mc-c engines have rpm x 60 strokes, per hour, when measured on the counter. How then does lcd give extra feed if the no. of strokes have already reached one per revolution.

    Can you please help me with my paper, it is about alpha lubricators as applied to marine environment, there is very limited if not rare, or is it just me looking at the wrong places, but I can't seem to find articles with legitimate citation relating to my topic... I would very much appreciate whatever information you could share herewith.

    can you tell me please if you have a not operating lubricator and you dont have a spare one and you are in the mindle of the ocean what you can do?
    how you can trigger the lubricator ?
    there is any em/cy operation?
    thanks in advance.

    • @Adventure-Story
      @Adventure-Story  4 года назад +1

      Normally you should have a spare of alpha lubricator because this is a critical equipment.
      I don't know maybe so other companies have bolts for critical equipment.
      Any way i will check to find the answer.

    Sir one dout what means due to pressure difference the lube oil supplied to the quills or crank angle sensor give signal to the solenoid valve?

    • @Adventure-Story
      @Adventure-Story  5 лет назад +2

      Hello the signal from tacho is received to Master control unit and master control unit send a signal for the solenoid valve also master control unit receive a feed back signal from position sensor on alpha lubricator that it have succesfully activeted.Thanks

    how the feed quantity is exactly determined... is it taking place in mcb? say for example the sulphur percentage of the fuel oil which keeps varying for every bunkers so where is the data feed (sulphur percentage)......? and the load of engine keeps varying, so from where the engine load data is transmitted and finally how these two data will determine the volume of cyl oil and how the volume of oil injection vary as we have the adjusting screw is in a preset condition. Sir kindly share ur mail id with ur reply.

    whats is the purpose po nitrogen to alpha lub. ? thanks

    • @Adventure-Story
      @Adventure-Story  5 лет назад +3

      Hello the purpose of nitrogen accumulators is to accumulate pressure and destribute it when neccesary at appropriate point of injection or operation .Also one inresting fact is that this accumulated pressure reduce the lang and time delay where is it plays big role accurancy! Thanks!

    dear sir, i like to know how engine load is sensed for alpha lucricator?

    • @alexandru9917
      @alexandru9917 4 года назад +1

      Engine load is sensed by a tacho sensor which is reading the rotations of the flyweel

    • @Adventure-Story
      @Adventure-Story  4 года назад +2

      The whole system is controlled by the Cylinder Control Unit (CCU) which calculates the injection frequency on the basis of the engine-speed signal given by the tacho signal and the fuel index.

    good day sir can someone tell e the purpose of two black bottles fitted in lubricator?

    • @Adventure-Story
      @Adventure-Story  3 года назад +1

      Hello black bottles installed to reduce lag on hydralic system of alpha lubricator and avoid hammering effect on piping system.Always follow makers instraction prior dismantling and mounting procedures.Thanks!

    • @muhammadahsan3875
      @muhammadahsan3875 3 года назад

      @@Adventure-Story dear sir how it will help in reducing hammering as for my knowledge there is 50 bar nitrogen pressure fill in bottle so nitrogen helps in reducing hameering affect is it?
      Also guide they are 2 in number as well size also vary what's the reason in that

    • @Adventure-Story
      @Adventure-Story  3 года назад

      @@muhammadahsan3875 this says the manual .Accumulators can accumulate pressure for some short period of time and then needed will be send the nessesery quantity of oil to reduce the lag in the system.Also they can work like a spring in the system .So far this is the best solution for hydralic systems like alpha lubricators and Main Engine fuel pumps.

    Can tell the disadvantage of alpha lubrication system

    • @Adventure-Story
      @Adventure-Story  5 лет назад +1

      For sure all systems have advantages and disadvantages but for alpha lubricator is little bit difficulat to find something it is more MCU AND BCU for operating this equipment any way is good design and if you are familiar there will not be any problem.
