I haven't had a roasted marshmallow in years! I love to catch them on fire, eat the outer part and then catch on fire again, etc. I live in a fruit growing area and the kind of cold we got this week is really worrying as farmers can lose their whole crops. One year they lost something like a third of the peach trees and depending on where their farms were I think some lost all their trees. It is sad. Peaches are one of my favorite fruits. So very sad that where I used to get fresh ones every August, you are lucky to find locally grown ones. I hope his trees do well. Haven't heard of anyone planting or growing Persimmons before. Theo seems to be so good with all the strangers which is great and Leon loves everybody. Glad you found his glasses. So thrilled for your dad when he saw Leon standing up on his own at the counter! Have a safe trip back to when you leave.
