This looks spectacular! It may be a while before I can find Fennel or Orzo, so I'll substitute Cabbage _(that'll make my Mom happy) and Vermicelli. Should turn out fine nonetheless. 😁
I made my family something similar the other day. It was full of Italian seasoning and I used a basil sauce, delicious! So delicious it disappeared from my refrigerator. But why it was replaced with a less flavorful one (even added pieces of tomato that mine didn't have) I'll never know.
