Thank you! No I don't freeze it before. Whipped cream doesn't freeze firm anyway so it's the same process either way.

It does not need to be frozen. Whipped cream doesn't freeze firm anyway so I don't bother freezing it before.

Pallette knife painting is time consuming.. im sure there is an extra charge if the design or details of the cake are like that. But i want to learn pallette painting😊.

I actually really enjoy the process. It sure does take longer than other designs but I love it anyway.
