The unbridled enthusiasm these two gents are showing is darn near contagious.
😂
Yeah!!!! LOL to Infinity!!!😂
What a wierd conversation....first off you plan on going into this business without an ag exemption....huh? Ok, second you run from 7am in the morning till beer thirty at night all week and come weekend if you still dont have enough revenue to cover your butt then you get to pull tanker on the weekend depending if your clock allows you? 😂 ....and what was really cringe was the statement "Do as you're told!!..and we will take care of you..."
Man, all kinds of weirdness to me sorry...i may give it a shot with you if you open up some spots in east, north east Iowa...till then i dont want to be stuck with prime out in the middle of nowhere.
Man lots of energy on this two !!!
I live in southern pa so a hopper run would be great. Just waiting on a prime recruiter to get back to me
You're going to haul corn n beans and pay per mile? That wont pay much when your sitting in line for 5 hours a day waiting to dump.
Drivers will quit being paid by mile. They will sit up to 8hrs just to dump corn. Hopper is % pay
Right! lol imagine getting your first Prime Hopper check, you will owe them money! lol
This is exactly why hopper guys get paid per bushel and/or percentage. There's no money in it for the driver per mile. @@waynesunfire
Its $0.20 a bushel around my area, some guys are even charging an hourly pay on top of that if they're going to a plant. They know they're going to sit there for hours on end in line. @@growthefarmup2606
@@growthefarmup2606😂😂😂
So after pulling a hopper all week, why wouldn't I make enough money that I'd have to do a tanker load over the weekend???
What will y'all be offering for pay?
Refreshing
People are constantly asking questions, look at the video and listen. 😂
There goes the neighborhood. 😢😮
Love that! I started at Prime. Great company. Keep up the good work 😊
I live in Indiana and would love to start
Start by filling out an application at www.primeinc.com! If you have any questions you can call recruiting at 888-664-9121
Check out Sunrise Coop in western Ohio. One of the largest. I'm a farmer and live near one the the largest grain bins in Clarkfield Ohio.
We will check it out!
Will you eventually be reaching around Fort Worth TX or Stephenville TX areas?
We are looking into the TX area for Hopper.
I'm 100% interested in hopper division
Call recruiting at 888-664-9121!
@@PRIMEINCTRUCKINGwill u need a cdl for hopper bottom too?
@justuhking3605 yes.
The only Ag Exempt loads will be field to plant. Once it is touched by an inspector etc at the plants, it is no longer a raw agricultural product.
We should be looking at Alaska for all divisions
We will keep this in mind!
Nebraska to Alaska, then Alaska back to Nebraska is one of the best lanes. You need a real truck though, a new Cascadia is not going to cut it going to Alaska, you need super trucks with firefox fuel heating systems and wrapped fuel lines. I wont even get into the DEF side of Alaska trucking, Prime wont be able to get a running truck to Alaska IMHO
@@growthefarmup2606 Had no idea such a lane existed.....
@growthefarmup2606 where is this at?
Right now we are looking for drivers in IN.
Louisiana should definitely be added to the list
We are looking to add more states once more lanes become available!
Im in orientation now for tanker i live in missouri is that close enough to run hopper bottom
I would email Kwalk@primeinc.com.
Come on prime come to Florida with the hopper bottom
Better start manufacturing and industrialize down there. Everything is just about a deadhead leaving FL when a load comes into Florida.
Is there anything in south Carolina or north Carolina
Nothing at the time.
The Question is how much they will be paying to its drivers?
I thought they said per mile, but that never works with a hopper, most of your time is sitting in line waiting. Especially with corn n beans
Used to be lucky to get 2 loads in a 12hr day and the miles for the trip were less than 120 total but the wait was horrible. Adm decatur
@@helptowardshome4863 yep, 100% the math doesn't add up paying bulk loads by the mile. especially if all your hauling is 80K gross on 5 axles lol
I'm not sure, however.......usually by the ton for hopper loads.
There tons of corn all over from TX to IN k
from what im hearing on there vid finish paying off your truck on the reefer side then switch over
I am a prime inc flatbed driver .. and I live in Louisiana.. there is a lot of agriculture coming out of Louisiana.. is there anything in the works for Louisiana??
Not at this time. We will update once we get more states opened.
Anys plans on going to Georgia???
At this time, we are just in IN,TN and MD.
I saw one of these in Ga last weekend. It was at I 20 Exit 114 and Hwy 441 S.
What if i dont live in the area ? I only live in my truck i dont need hometime
Better be paying company drivers 30 an hour plus ot after 40 hours
PRIME !!!! We have a TRAILERJACK that will help your fleet !!!
Please email us at commutations@primeinc.com and we can get your email over to the correct person.
What about northern virginia(washington dc area)?
Not at this time. We will update when we open up more states.
Why the smaller cabs in tanker and hopper
To scale more weight for profits.
Ag exempt is not about weight they are asking about Hours of service
Y not use um for Frac sand
Anything from Springfield area, hometime and such
At this time we have IN,TN and MD.
What’s the pay per bushel I think I missed it
What do you think? Not enough "O's" in low. But if you have 200 trucks making mediocre money, it's enough in the grand scope of things. Let's go lease purchase!
@@johnchambers1380 it’s not so different from a dealer. Less interest in the scope of things own a truck in three years vs 5-7 years. My truck pays off and will have 320k which leaves plenty of warranty left but I will admit this last year has been hard
What about twice card. I do hopper bottom I get paid by tons I owe my truck hopper I run 6 days in Arkansas
If someone lived in Western PA are they close enough to Maryland to join hopper at this time?
I would email Kyle at kwalk@primeinc.com.
U can haul 52,000 in hopper and be 79,600 bc I weigh 27,000 empty
Any out of Louisiana?
Not at this time. We have IN, MD and TN.
are these trucks equipped with a third axel truck and trailer?
No they are not.
Must be paying 30 an hour plus ot after 40 correct @@PRIMEINCTRUCKING
Talked to a Prime recruiter today. He told me that I had to have 6 months experience. Told me that if I didn’t have my CDL already, I could train. Is that true?
Unfortunately at this time, yes. We are short on trainers right now so when you come in with 6 months of OTR driving you can get into your own truck right away.
South Texas?
Not at this time.
Monday thru friday 730 to 5 or 6 and then look at if you have more hours to make more money for Prime???? I guess they dont know about the ag exempt for ag commodities or if they making so much money during the normal week why would they want to haul other things for Prime? Just a question????
We are looking into the AG exemption permits.
That's the 1st thing they should of got...the ag exemption...
@@PRIMEINCTRUCKINGare you allowing third party companies to lease and run on the hooper division?
What part of Tennessee are you looking at? I am from the Southwestern corner of VA very close to northeastern TN.
So far we are in the Nashville area.
You mention Maryland... Will you have any routes from Tennessee to Maryland?
Would you take on Australian truck driver's ?
Unfortunately, you must live in the United States within our hiring area, and you must hold a valid US driver’s license for at least one year to be eligible for Prime.
@PRIMEINCTRUCKING ok thank you was worth a try
I’ve put a goal to get my cdl by the end of the year, what’s the chances of a spot for me in one of your Massachusetts locations?
I would reach out to one of our recruiters at 888-664-9121
Pittston PA is the closest location to MA
Are you will do hopper in Florida
Not at this time. We are looking to expand into other states.
Come to California and pick up on the tree nuts? 🌰 Almonds are big out in the Central Valley.
We will look into it!
@@PRIMEINCTRUCKING you won't, because you would have to pay overtime
One thing for shure .no flippflops and short pants
Yall should do Idaho potato
Thanks! We will look into this.
Which states?
At this time we have openings in Indiana. We also have lanes in TN and MD.
@@PRIMEINCTRUCKING I'm in Florida, still thinking of returning
@@moniqueaftertrucking I would reach out to our recruiting department. 888-664-9121
Left the flatbed division at Prime January '23. Interested in coming back to try this out if anything is close to Georgia?? And when is Mr. Lowe going to get into pulling Conoostaga?
@@GullahCreekMoor I would reach out to one of our recruiters! 888-664-9121.
Well they better not load at a chs plant your almost guaranteed to be over weight. But than most people that pull hopper don't count on there main income coming from hauling corn and beans
How do you think your current driver pool can handle meat and bone meal. It stinks and nasty I cant imagine your drivers handling that
Yeah exactly, fleet drivers will just leave it hung up in the trailer and not clean it out at the unload spot, then go on to contaminate the next load of grain they haul. The hopper industry will probably have all new rules and restrictions once these people get involved!
Especially when it's pork meal. How's that going to work for Muslims?
At this time, we have not had a customer ask us to haul pork meal.
If you're going to be hauling rock/sand/abrasives, you had better get steel trailers. I've hauled both. The hoppers on aluminum trailers wont last.
I live in East Tennessee, and im interested i this
Reach out to Kyle at kwalk@primeinc.com.
I am currently living in Cincinnati is qualification to go to Indiana
Reach out to kwalk@primeinc.com!
No west coast? I do hoppers over in WA, OR and ID and can legally gross 105,500 lbs so we have hopper work
Not at this time. We will update when we open up more states.
Will this be available for drivers in Utah. I have x endorsement.
Not at this time. We have not expanded out that way yet. We will update once we open more states.
Whats wrong with you people! He said where he needs help!!! So... thats where they will need drivers! So stop asking if they are hiring in NYC, TENN, GA, IA, or anywhere else! Yound drivers need to listen
People don't listen or pay attention, just hear what they want to hear. 😂
Yea I agree
Hey @prime What about phx,az
Not at this time. We will update once we get more states opened up.
Research? Sounds like you did zero research

any drivers for hopper demand a minimum of 25% anything less is a insult
So lease op will make 72%. Don't see a problem there 😉

Il & Iowa would be great spots

How about in the future venturing into livestock business
That’s dope

Wow 80,000 in gutless prime trucks at 59 mph ?? Yeah good luck drivers
And no Ag exemption either
Exactly!!
Do 80k in tanker all day already

Wow. These guys are naive. But hey they'll learn. Lol. You haven't hauled until you pulled from ingredian! Lmfao. Hopper it's a different world

You can email kwalk@primeinc.com!
Great, yet another market going to get destroyed by another bottom feeding mega carrier.
Good luck to all you prime "owner op''s" making your truck payments.
Owner op at prime, that's totally counter intuitive.
