- In this video Isidro puts the first solo ride on IEH Chulo who is one of Heart Mustangs. He is on week 8 of his training from wild. We have put 7 solid weeks of groundwork and gentling foundation which has enabled Chulo to have a very relaxed, confident and positive first ride. Going slow is actually going fast.

His name translates to Pimp? I've heard, "Pimp my ride," but "I ride Pimp," is a fun flip of the phrase. 😄

here in NYC the Hispanic word: "Chulo" means "Boyfriend" or "my best/favorite boyfriend"

@@IsidroEspinozaHorsemanship Ah! Per Google translate, the literal translation is pimp. I thought so but wasn't sure until I checked. In Nor Cal it was a compliment. Like having a pimped ride or being pimp, (instead of being an actual pimp), it was synonymous with cool. Mustang Chulo is indeed a cool dude, so now it all makes sense. Cheers!
