Örs Siklósi has passed away last Friday, 05 of February 2021. He was the front singer of the band AWS when they competed together firstly “A Dal 2018” winning the first place. In the Eurovision Song Contest they qualified through the second semifinal scoring 111 points in 10th place amongst 17 other songs. In the grand final they reached up to the 21st place with 93 points. Viszlát Nyár, Viszlát Álom, Viszlát kedves Örs Siklósi. Rest in Peace! This song will hit differently after you are gone. You will be remembered. You may now be with your father spending time together again. My condolences from here in Cyprus 🇨🇾 to his family and friends. 😔😔❤️🇭🇺❤️🙏🏻🇭🇺🙏🏻
Hey man, that was the national final performance - the newer Eurovision songs are not broadcast on RUclips in America due to copyright so you will have to use a VPN. A good free one is Secure VPN
Yes, all performances have pre-recorded backing tracks, and have since 1999, only live vocals after that. They used live orchestra before that. The winning song of 1995, Norway, Secret Garden - Nocturne, would never have won today because of these rules. The vocals were added in as an aftherthought just to comply with the rules of the competition.
Eurovision icons: Amiata- Love Injected (Latvia 2015), Eleni- Fuego (cyprus 2018), Jamala - 1944 (Ukraine 2016), Måns - Heroes (Sweden 2015), Elina - La forza (Estonia 2018), Kate Miller H - zero gravity (Australia 2019) Oh gosh there are many.. also Iceland 2019, if you like rock vibes (and a bit of bdsm)
welcome to the esc world! lmao! think i'm just echoing what others have suggested you react to but you definitely need to give hatari- hatrid mun sigra (iceland 2019), kaliopi- crno i belo (north macedonia 2012), and manga- we could be the same (turkey 2010) a watch :) here are some more of my personal faves= loic nottet- rhythm inside (belgium 2015) jamala- 1944 (ukraine 2016 + winner) iveta mukuchyan- lovewave (armenia 2016) lindita- world (albania 2017) sebnem paker- dinle (turkey 1997) jowst- grab the moment (norway 2017) conchita wurst- rise like a pheonix (austria 2014 + winner) aminata- love injected (latvia 2015) tbh anything from turkey, norway, or ukraine is good! :) you should maybe also check out some of the entries from this year's contest that was sadly cancelled too :)
This isn't really my thing, metal and that stuff, but it's still interesting to se your reaction. You should react to Hatari, Iceland 2019. I wonder if you'd like them. The performance is a lot, and I love the song, even though it's quite heavy EDM(I think, or techno, very bad with genres)
Today we lost this singer, who was the future of the Hungarian metal music in my opinion. Rest well, Örs!
