    Good install videos 👍 black is the best colour in the MT09 imo, picked up mine in October and it's been unreal. Tank pads were first update I did as stops the tank getting scuffed but helps big time when slowing down to have grip for knees. Subbed for future vids, looking forward to exhaust install, bike sounds v good as standard so can't wait to hear what mivv sounds like

    Can you make a video of you rubbing those against your leg. I'm not exactly sure how to test my tank pads.

      Ha, sounds very fetish-like... But they work like a dream. 3 years later, still holding up!

    How is the tech black finish holding up and can you recommend any cleaning products. I have a choice of the black or storm grey. Enjoying your videos.

      Absolutely fine. I just wash is normally with a sponge and soap for the most part. Maybe a shammy to dry it but nothing special. Still looks brand new. And I'm my eyes the black is the way to go, the colour is so much more in the vibe of the MT09. Stealth baby

    I got some too and I think I put one of them slightly off compared to the first one now my ocd is killing me… anyone know how best to remove tank pads ?

    • @Souloux
      @Souloux Год назад

      Heat gun, plastic pry tool, non-alcohol based cleaner. Heating up adhesive helps break the bonds for easier separation, plastic pry tool to separate remaining bonds and reduce the chances of scratching/chipping the paint, non-alcohol based cleaner to remove any remaining adhesive without damaging the paint

    Will this leave residu? When removing?

    • @thethrottletube
      @thethrottletube  5 месяцев назад
