As someone who dances I have to say Itzy is really smooth and their synchronization is rlly good.Nmixx too did really well but it felt like some were faster than the others but then my guess is that they learned this in a short amount of time and also their moves are a little messy
I like how in ITZY the main dancers don’t overdo and make it so they can all shine! They still dance so powerful together. ITZY’s dancing skills are the next level.
NMIXX focused way too much on making the steps very big and bold that you cant see the little details in the choreography. It makes it even hard to have synchronization as well. But each group has its own strengths and weaknesses. Itzy for Dance. Nmixx for vocals. So it’s a tie.
Some nmixx members are overdancing ( jinni kyujin ), in itzy we can all see that they all were very neat (SLAYY ITZYY) . We can't really compare them fairly here, this is itzy's comeback so they are more prepared for the choreography ( in terms of time, guidance ) whereas nmixx are only doing a cover with little preparation. I think with more guidance and time nmixx could do good!!

Not shy is mostly isolation which is perfectly executed by ITZY and their move are well-controlled (and its their song so they know the key points of the choreography). But ofcourse, when you cover it, you must do your hundred percent in performing just like what NMIXX did. They did good. ♥️

Jiwoo is literally over doing the dance so hard she barely touches the ground majority of the dance, she’s practically flying away. This group is becoming a hot mess more and more every month, even in their own choreography you can see the drastic difference in the members that over dance and don’t synchronize, the should learn to be synchronized first before trying to out dance their group members . They did playfully dance to O.O... and I have to say they danced to O.O BETTER than Nmixx even if they weren't so serious about it... They dance to it playfully but still slay it more than Nmixx... Sometimes Nmixx members don't have good control over their bodies... better dancers knows how to control their bodies and energy when dancing and smoothly flow with the music's waves... Nmixx overdances too much that sometimes they look a bit messy and less synchronized both in terms of execution and energy release... Some member releases too much energy and there are some who releases less resulting to unsynchronized energy release... So yeah, ITZY is still far more superior to Nmixx when it comes to DANCING.... But Nmixx is for sure more superior to ITZY when it comes to vocals.... Nmixx is literally a group with a lot of really good vocalists even better than most of their seniors... The purpose of being in a group is to work and show everyone that your are one. The problem with NMIXX sometimes, they tend to overpower each other to the point that it becomes messy and very aggresive for a certain level of dance. Compared to itzy where they are more synchronized and the dance line has the same level of energy to match the group and the song theme.
Itzy is just THEE dance group of their generation. I thought Jiwoo was part of the dance line of Nmixx but if I had to rank in this performance she would be 5. Lot’s of energy but not well managed.
