    Love this type of content! I’ve really gotten into trying to use ground forces better to make better contact and hit the ball farther.

    I know several people who are relatively new to golf and are eager to improve. I tell them to watch Matt Blois videos and learn from his wide, slow takeaway and stop at the top. Thanks for your new channel, Matt!

    I’d imagine w the kettlebell you’re feeling a lot more engagement of the trunk stabilizers like core muscles, lats, back, and glutes.

    Great drill...
    Can you do the same with driver?
    Issue I have...irons I'm pretty neutral but as soon as I grab a driver/fairway wood I'm 10 degrees out to in and every drill I try I still stay 10 degrees out to in, no matter where I aim.
