Genya's family (especially his older brother) is the source of his growth. Genya's power to move rocks is influenced by his feelings for his brother. Sanemi's food for growth is her family, peers (especially in the past), lovers. His love for his brother Genya, the only survivor in the family, is unusual, in a good way. However, Genya does not know how much Sanemi is suffering and living with the thought of his brother. What Genya does for his brother is painful for Sanemi.Genya is making Sanemi's attitude worse. Genya is the type of person who will not listen to you even if you try to be nice to him. The two need to keep their distance. Sanemi suffers and is in danger if he gets involved. The reason why Gyoumei does not allow Genya and Sanemi to have contact and scolds Genya is because he knows Sanemi very well. Sanemi and Genya train together with, Gyoumei and each usually has a relationship with Gyoumei, but Gyoumei's presence balances the distance between them and prevents conflict. Because of Genya's inability to use his Breathing, Gyoumei wishes for Genya to become stronger, and although she is worried about Genya, she watches over him so that he does not die, for Sanemi's sake. Sanemi loves Genya as Tanjirou loves Nezuko. Sanemi is no ordinary human being either. Sanemi is similar in some ways to Tanjirou and Nezuko, so I understand their suffering. I just hate him because he is a demon. And even more than Nezuko, she does not like Tanjirou's lack of sense of urgency and responsibility as an older brother. I admit that Tanjiro is working hard and growing. However, it is natural for Tanjirou to work hard, considering Nezuko in the first place. Sanemi's training interruption is a blow. Of all the Hashira, Sanemi's training has been the most helpful. If you fight Upper moon or Muzan, you will vomit blood, not vomit. Besides, you don't just lose consciousness, you die. When you fight demons, you live or die. Time is running out before we have to fight Upper moon and Muzan. If you know that, you don't have time to rest. Training is also done at a life or death level. It is naive to think that Sanemi's training is tough.
