I don't get why your videos aren't hitting the yt algorithm, they're ynique and have different thumbnails and production quality is amazing aswell. You deserve so much more recognition.
RUclips seems to be suppressing photography RUclips videos generally. All the big RUclips photography channels are down in 2022 and get between 5k - 55k views, regardless of whether the channel creator has 75k subscribers, 250k subscribers or 1mil subscribers. :S
Is it some covid and/or TikTok issue? Who knows.

@@chillpill4963 yeah that's a very hard question to answer. I've been on youtube for quite some time and I think it peaked for me back in 2017-2018 when a lot of japan youtubers were vlogging about all the cool places to go. At the same time, I had rediscovered photography through a sony a6000 mirrorless camera (a bit of a soulless computer which had fast autofocus) and there were a lot of photography innovations in 2018-2021. Then sony, canon, fuji and nikon all kind of caught up to each other. We also had covid, travel restrictions and the rise of tiktok, which made facebook, instagram and possibly youtube try to gravitate towards that.
All of my favourite photography and/or photography adjacent youtubers aren't getting the same push anymore. I have to search for them within my mobile app in order to catch up on what they are doing. They are no longer recommended through the usual front page and if I even get into a hint of right wing or left wing ideological news/opinion pieces or amber heard/johnny depp pieces, I get heaps of that spammed to my front page. But in the past 3 days, I've watched 6 x Mitch Lally, 7-8 x Julie Trotti, 3-4 x lucy lumens and a few Joe Allam vids near back to back, but I'm not getting enough recommendations that are photography related. It's really quite annoying.
@@antant06 exactly, I find photography and editing videos so fun to watch, but even the editing videos boom is now dying off. Hopefully some new camera innovations can bring back the recomendation of this industries videos.

This is the first video of yours I've watched that's not about ANTM (I love your commentary on it btw, been binging the last two days) and holy moly. You look like such a great person to work with, especially compared to the awful awful people they have on ANTM, and so so so talented!! Side note… Curious to know what Sophia’s speciesism tattoo means!
I think its quite self explanatory - she is against speciesism (she has a red line crossing out "speciesism"). Spieciesism is discrimination based on species, the idea that humans (or some other animals) are somehow inherently more important/better than other animals. An example of a speciesist worldview would be thinking that all animals are there only to serve human needs. A less extreme and more common example - having huge objections against dog abuse, but not pig or cow abuse.
Sophia is a vegan animal rights advocate. Speciesism is an idea within veganism. Basically discriminating/harming/causing suffering to an individual because they are another species. Definitely reccomend checking out veganism beliefs.

Hello Jessica! I love your photography so much and your personality during the shoot and interaction with your models is amazing. You’ve put in the hard work to make your art beautiful and it’s such a privilege to watch thank you ❤️ I was wondering if you would ever do a series where you find models/people/strangers from each different district in Detroit or the different pockets of neighborhoods and shoot them in that area? I think that would be so awesome and could highlight the rich cultures that make up the areas too. Whatever your next projects end up being, I look forward to seeing them 🎉📸

I just published a set not too long ago where I put lady bugs on a models face for the set. 😂 Now this title pops up. Lol. Wonderful set 👌🏻✨ ( also, before the possibility of someone asking, they lived their full lives the way they were meant to and once they passed they were collected and used for the shoot..)
