LIST OF INGREDIENTS
For the Crust
16 Graham crackers (squares)
3 tbsps sugar
75g melted unsalted butter
Zest of 1/2 a lemon
Berry Topping
220g raspberries
220g blueberries
220g blackberries
220g strawberries
For berry pudding
2 1/2 cups of the berries for topping
3 tbsps corn starch
1/2 cup of sugar
2 good pinches of salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Vanilla Chantily
For each 1 cup of heavy cream:
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 vanilla bean or 1/4 tsp. vanilla paste
