As a kid growing up we really didn’t have much but my parents always made sure I had at least 2 barbies. Right now (as a 20 year old woman) I would sit and play with those toys you guys have and be so extremely happy😂✋🏼

i love how they wanted to keep the toys in their parents house so their kids could one day come and play together with those toys literally brought tears to my eyes

That new studio!😁 Barbie is not my thing, but she is definitely iconic! I was actually watching Toy Story 3 for the first time in a while, and Barbie and Ken as people know play a big part in it! Great movie! I hope everyone has a great day! 😊

Wow, watching this felt like a trip in a time machine. My sisters and I played with barbie all the time. We had the exact same Barbie Dreamhouse. We also had this party bus that was purple and had a disco ball. They were both second hand since our parents didn't have much money, but I remember loving those things. We also had a dollhouse that was half the size of the barbie house. We would use them as neighbors and play with both as if they were the same size. It's funny to think back on since the dolls from the doll house were half the size of barbie.
OMIGOODNESS!!! A lot of this stuff I recognize! Fun fact: the pregnant Barbie is Midge, Barbire’s best friend!!! That doll design was a but controversial at the time….lol

I'm 17, and have some of the same stuff that I still have like the Midge doll (the pregnant one) the "Ken Jr.'s name is Ryan and is Midge's son. Now my two little cousins play with it all. Love you guys! 💜💖

I’m 46 years old. I have Barbie stuff from the late 70’s to early 80’s. It was so cool to see them again. It brought back old childhood memories.

I wished my parents kept my Barbie toys, but my niece got most of it so they are long gone. My sister and I grew up in the 90’s so most of our Barbies are from that era. We were obsessed with Barbie’s and played them all the time. We didn’t have a lot of the extra stuff like houses or planes, but we had a few cars, bikes and bunk beds. We had the McDonalds and Pizza Hut settings though too. Our favorite Barbies were the ones who elbows and knees bent too. Lol It just opened up a new realm of possibilities.
Oh my gosh! That cruise ship brought back so many memories. I had the exact same one! I also remember having a karaoke barbie that sang oops I did it again by Britney Spears that also smelt like coconut. Such fun memories!

I also had the tree house! So many Barbie things actually, now that I look back. Even a VW Beetle. A house that closed up and was portable, a mini pool with a whale in the middle, a huge, huge Barbie dream house that was handed down to me by a neighbor who had was giving away toys. It was a good time.

I loved seeing the homemade clothes for Ken! My grandmother loved Barbie and handmade us Barbie clothes growing up. My favorite was when she would hem our dance outfits and then would use the leftover fabric to make a matching dance out fit for the Barbie!!

I loved playing with my Barbies when I was a kid. I had a convertible pink car, a jeep, and a boat. Also had a Barbie that worked at McDonald's and had the McDonald's set up too.
Wow! I've seen some of those things, but I don't think we ever had any of them. We did have a lot of dolls though. My sister and I just turned 21 and 22, and we still have some of the Barbies we used to play with. We even have some newer ones that we sort of play with, too, but now it's more that we "collect" them, I guess? And the old ones from when we were little definitely had some marks and stuff on them (we had one Barbie that we drew on her face to make her look like a tiger)!
