Hi! Did you purchase the ticket from the official website? If you did, how do you get your tickets? I’ve seen long lines in some videos I’ve watched. Would you be able to elaborate the process of getting in? Thanks in advance
Hi Yuri! Yes, I purchased tickets from the official website. What you see is correct - the lines can be very long so it helps to book an early time slot in advance. We created an account, selected the 10am “Passport” tickets, and paid via credit card online. Once purchased, we received a PDF with a barcode. We used this barcode to get into the front entrance of Versailles, the gardens, and all the Estates of Trianon. We had to go through security at each location so it helps to arrive a little earlier because there is a line, but it moves pretty quickly. Did this answer your question?
