The one you can kind of see in this video is a wagon wheel and it says,"χαρις," which is Greek for grace. I'm not sure about the one on his other arm.

IncreasethePeace9 yeh he was has the wagon wheel with grace written underneath aswell as the word 'tour' on the other arm, Winston aswell got the same tattoo , and he has another one which hes had for over a year now above his elbow which says 'godspeed' :D
