I hate to say it, but it's true. Joe just doesn't know how to have a woman around that is remotely intelligent. Unnecessarily tears Mel down. It's very uncomfortable to listen to.
Joe can be nuts and hard to work with but in a way he is trying to build Melyssa into a better media personality. The way she is currently is not good. She doesn't display very little banter ability, A-Mic and entertaining ability. If she can't handle going back and forth with Joe, how will she be able to do that with 4 other mics that so happens to be guys (5 including Emanny). At some point... she has to step up and carry a bit since she's been on a pod before and in the entertainment industry

@@PapaMojo75 he tells everyone to shut up and "acts" dismissive to others. Its only noticeable with Mel cause she isn't confrontational and doesnt display good pod banter skills. He was the same with Raqi in the Spaces but she could fire/joke back and not have to be loud/overly-aggressive.
The only thing I will say is: for joe to ask all his friends to come through for him when things hit the fan when he had no body is very important to remember. When Ice brought his tool box and Ish not wanting to be in front of a camera. Which then lead to his boys to come up and show up and help carry the show when the show almost crashed. Joe forgets that, treats them clearly as employees, and now saying to them they are disposable is something I can not understand.

Not saying I agree with his actions. But as far as what he said. That is 100% spot on you shouldn’t give anyone anything if they are not reciprocating the same energy.
I don’t like how he’s trying to turn RUclips into a Hollywood production.? Yes, use some knowledge but a week to think of ways to say something to protect relationships seems so dam fake. One reason we started hating Hollywood
