There's not a season where Rory doesn't say arsenal is going to win, poor souls 😂
It's sad when kids like Rory still think Wrestling is real.
Although half of pundits & fan channels have picked Arsenal to win it. Whereas all previous years no one says Arsenal. Even Simon Jordan and Neville have said Arsenal. I personally think we are winning a double this season.
He believes his jinx is gonna work this time around 🤣
Rory is a helmet 🪖
18 months, I swear he's trying to jinx them..je always stays how much he doesn't like them, but often sticks of for them & states how much he does respect the club (no of tonnes I've heard him mention the marble halls at the old stadium is more than every arsenal fan I've ever heard together). So I used to think je didn't like them but was still objective, but it's become too much know, makes me thinks it's ulterior motives..& then he'll say mikel.should be sacked like Gareth because he lost out to man city or Munich & isn't good enough or something
Teams were rolling over for City last season in the run in. Same teams who are complaining about City’s 115 charges were helping them to win the league.
I think you mean Villa 😂.
City had nothing to do with Arsenal losing to Fulham TWICE (one of those games Fulham were down to 10 men even). They had nothing to do with Arsenal losing at their home ground to Villa either.
City got a fairly average-high title winning points. That's not indicative of teams rolling over for them when Chelsea, United teams have got those points to win the league in the past. Otherwise you could say every one of those teams that won the title with those points total had teams roll over for them.
Saying City only won because of teams rolling over and not Arsenal bottling games they should've done better in, is a cheap cop out excuse
@@tamimhusain3376 you know exactly what I mean. In the run in city faced teams that we more interested in losing to prevent Arsenal from winning the league.
It's easy for clubs to roll over for city
@@mohammedaminu1147 yea true. Now imagine the best team in the country had other teams making their life even easier?
Haha I love how Rory is hated by everyone but he just keeps moving up in life.
That’s how it’s supposed to be done.
Rory isn't hated by me? He seems like a decent bloke...
@@AsPEctFAm He does!
@@Alan_Wigz I’m an Arsenal supporter and I listen to Rory anyhow, even when he’s talking about Chelsea.
I don't get it? If I think someone is a div the last thing I would do is login into youtube and listen to him He gives an opinion like any other pundit, some I agree with some I don't. Not sure what the big deal is. In terms of predictions he's asked to give one, no guarantee he'd be right as he would agree with. Amuses me how people online get so upset about this sort of stuff. Joe the plumber talking about ex-pros is always funny, what's he ever done etc. He's played at the highest level for a start divvy
Arteta really changed how people look at Arsenal, we are now forgetting that this is the team that everyone used to bully
And ppl hate it so they have to find something to grab on to to banter us
And people forget it is Arteta's first job as a manager.
indeed, we are laughing even more now
@@christopheroreilly4267and people also should remember he has spent £800m+ and is yet to win anything with his own squad. He has been backed financially more than any manager in Europe over the last 5 years by a significant distance, he’s had more time than the average manager too. No more excuses happened last year and he did not win again. He’s a brilliant manager but people need to stop acting like he’s a novice working with some mad handicaps, he’s got more privilege than all his peers
Plenty of Arsenal teams before Arteta didn't get bullied at all.

That's like being in a race with Usain Bolt , and somebody say you have to win the race . Crazy
The left sided midfield lacked dynamism last season which reflects on Martinelli s not so good season. Kiwior and zinchenko not doing enough. Thats the only area where they lacked something last season which they have addressed.
If Rory is this convinced about Arsenal's chances, then Arsenal are definitely not winning it this season.
Bro 😂😂
He's been dating this for 18 months, I'm thinking it's him trying to jibs them. He gies on about not liking them, that his cousin or someone is an arsenal fan... makes me think he's got ulterior motives..or he just really os that posh & nice
Anybody competing with a pep's team eventually wins the big ones
Real Madrid and Liverpool are prime examples
Believe it or not you're cup of tea
@@crazyrandomshortvids2717 You're not making any sense, mate. Chelsea also beat Pep's City and won the UCL. It doesn't mean Chelsea will be anywhere close to winning the league this season.
@JackPaul-vs3bq You wrote that like they won it last season...plus that team was managed by Tuchel. He is gone now, and that team died with his dismissal
Finally someone hit the nail on the head as to why Arsenal didn't win the League last season. Nothing short of perfection would be good enough to beat Pep to the post.
Ermm not really...If they beat Villa at home they would have won the league...and that's not being "perfect"
@@KeyboardWarriorNo1 they got 40/45 points in 2024, so yes they practically did have to be perfect to win the league.
@@tcijames the season starts in August 2023 not January 2024 arsenal bottled games earlier in the season to West Ham and Fulham
@nicholas8363 'bottled' 😂 this is how I know you lack knowledge. All teams drop points. Did city bottle it to Wolves and Palace too then? As rory said, 89 points is enough to win the league in most seasons, its just arteta is competing against the best team in prem history.
@@tcijames if all team drop points, your comment about being perfect is irrelevant 🤣
Rory is right, we cannot be sayig that Pep is the best of all time and with the same breath expect Arteta (who nobody rates) to beat Pep.
some people forget the record breaking winning streak and the undefeated run that city went through to win the league ... its just ridiculous
Because 115 club is 🤏🤏🤏
Jealousy , innocence before a trial, They're not automatically guilty @@lacontagium7125
Nobody forgets, they just don't care because City are as soulless as it gets & it all comes with an asterisk.
115
@@Amberle38 I love how people disrespect City and their achievements. Those charges are going nowhere. Once they're dealt with, what will you say? Other teams are simply not as good and it drives people nuts. City has redefined what it takes to win this league. If you want to win you'll have to collect ninety plus points and outside of Arsenal, no team is capable of getting close to that number.
I bumped into Rory Jennings in gelsenkirchen and my god his breath stunk of poo

As an Arsenal fan I get happy to hear that our team only finished 2 pts behind a legendary City team but what Liverpool did to finish runners up with 97 points, that can never be forgotten. This Arsenal side is good but to reach that level Liverpool had would result in titles.
115 though.
That’s the most I’ve ever agreed with Rory. Hit the nail on the head with great perspective there
this man really comments well on Arsenal, bravo❤
- Martinelli/Jesus - 5GL/3A between them first half of the season. Havertz/Trossard 18GL/6A in second half of the sesson.
- Too many points dropped in December cost Gunners dear.
- Zinchenko was an easy target at LB, Calafiori broughti in to resolve that issue.
- Margins were small last year, but a 2pt difference is literally one result, one goal or even just one clinical shot swing in a single match for either Arsenal or City.
Fair play to City for their sheer consistency last season, although I agree with Rory. Arsenal winning in what could be Pep's final season looks inevitable.
Rory talking about Arsenal spending big money is priceless
Finally talking some sense!
only if they keep Odegaard fit
Stat check, Rory. 89 points is not our most 😂
Rory the best comedian on talksport 😂😂😂
I think Arsenal needs a proven striker for the UCL than for the EPL, they’ve hacked EPL.

The infamous Rory curse, rip Arsenal title chances.
Looking forward to monday morning when Jim and Simon are back
Love this female presenter, has a really authentic Scottish accent that is so charming to hear these days.
losing to Westham and Fulham is the reason Arsenal didn't win the league
No, arsenal came back after that. They were in the driving seat to win the league by April, they lost to Aston Villa and that cost them the league. If they won that game, arsenal would be champions.

Brand new prediction from Rory. Looking forward for his "Arsenal is scary" videos 😂
Are they do they have the depth if they got 4/5 injuries… it’s important to remember it’s very rare a team can go with 90% of their first choice players always available
Left back was a consistent problem for us last season.
Zinchenko played himself out of the side, he was so so poor and then Kiwior had an absolute horror show at home to Bayern and effectively cost us the tie.
Stop blaming Kiwior, the whole team had two poor games, Bayern was better overall
@@pete7932 we were the better side in the first leg. We lost because of defensive errors and Kiwior was at the heart of that
These pundits don’t even get their facts right. Our highest point total was the invincibles with 90 points.
As a Gooner, I couldn't have promoted my team any better. We seem to be the pundits' favourite team right now. I think we all want a change from City's dominance. COYG!
Osimhen would be a machine at arsenal with chances they create
they need a proper striker imo, jesus, nketiah and havertz are all 2nd tier strikers. If they got a main man in they would win the league.
Energy wise, City don't seem to have as much hunger as Arsenal this season. That could be key.
Rory shut up and stop taking about Arsenal !!!!!!!!!! focus on yr own team mate
With all the respect in me, they havent got a striker capable
delivering 15+ goals.
Man city "well run." We shall see 😅😅😅

as long as Pep is in the PL, City are going to win the PL.
But Arsenal might win an FA cup next season, because they aren`t going to win the PL or the CL.
Why are they not gonna win the PL or CL?
They should strive for the League Cup and take it from there

Thank god you're just a RUclips commenter and not responsible for anything, because my god my are miserable. Well, either that or stupid.
They need a quality 9
Saying arsenal need a striker is just lazy analysis
they just posed the question. rory actually offered a good reason why they dont
Give it until our first draw and it'll be "Arsenal won't win the league" and when we lose it'll be he knew we wouldn't do anything this season
The only person that believes what Rory says is Rory 😂😂
Pep is going to win forever?
I'll believe it when i see it. Until then, i still expect us to bottle it when it matters most.
Rory has single handedly ended arsenals title charge...😂😂 .
Now Merino is rumored to join Arsenal I think Arsenal need right winger depth. Saka can't play every match.Havertz should play at #9/10 hybrid
Arsenal need a game changing offensive threat. Someone who can run at a defense and make a goal out of nothing, in order to be able to break those bus parking teams.
You can’t beat the 115 charges
Im an Arsenal fan, but im not convinced.....
From every start of the season people always see City as normal nothing is going on but to put this into consideration, last season City wasn't at their best but still won the league with injures worried some players, if those players who wasn't at their best last season gain their very best form like 2023, how would City be in next season.
He actually said that last year he ain’t gta clue
I personally think Liverpool and Man United are going to step up this season. I think both of them will finish in the top 4. Spurs and Chelsea are miles off.
Don’t get me wrong Arsenal are becoming a very good side and are only getting better and will be there or thereabouts again. But City wasn’t consistent up until after Xmas where they go on their normal run of grinding out results, and if Arsenal hadn’t lost to Villa would have won it. They had a great chance last season to win it against a city side that didn’t play great.
Think the league will be a lot harder this season with 3-4 clubs pushing for the title.
People say arsenal are gonna win eventually . Buddy as a Neutral , I can clearly see it is gonna be between city and arsenal. City has the advantage bcz they have Pep ,Haaland , And soo many options in depth with equal quality like De bruyne ,Foden, Bernardo Silva, Doku ,Grealish ,Now savinho, They have alvarez as well. They have equally 2 great players at every position . I don't think arsenal are gonna win till pep is there at city. They are also perfectly set ,even more perfectly then arsenal. The most funny thing is that Man city have not been playing at their absolute best for yrs like in 2018 and 2019 . If they hit those kind of forms in the league, Arsenal don't stand a chance
The reality is, they will never reach that height again..
This is a stupid take....Arsenal have not hit their best yet....City already have hit theirs. No team in any sport ever stays at their peak they always drop off to some extent. What City have done is just manage those last few games of the season better than the rest.
@jordandavis3867 City have a young team as well. Don't think they will fall off till Pep is there
@@SoulCrusher670 There young team is not better than Arsenal's current team....it is De Bruyne and Rodri and Foden who were all part of previous City teams that are winning them key games. If you exclude those three and put Kovacic and nunes and these guys as starters they are not winning the league.
@@jordandavis3867 They will slowly replace all of them
As an Arsenal fan, man city aren’t losing until pep leaves
He obviously means like last season and the season before that...oh wait.
Josh and Stan Kroenke can now walk freely in London because of Mikel A. a few years ago, they wouldn’t dare! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Rory’s track record on anything is pretty shocking 😂 punch of salt 🧂
A striker and less emotions and Arsenal could win the league.. maybe
Easy for Rory to say that Arsenal dont have to win the lesgue simply because he doesnt want them too . How patronizing
I think Rory secretly supports Arsenal
I want Arsenal to win but I’ve a feeling that as long as PG at City, we’ll never win the league.
Golden Generation for arsenal
I love that Gordon’s goal at st James park potentially cost Arsenal the title.
I’ve nothing against Arsenal. Great team. Arteta is a good manager even, but he is whiney and classless
Iconic Man Cheaty
Overhyped red clubs
Everybody forgets that Arsenal avoided injuries to Saliba,Gabriel,Rice,Odegaard and Saka... That luck won't happen next season.. City,Spurs, Newcastle,Villa and Man Utd had horrible injury records to key players
Nobody cares
We missed partey, thats why we won the last 5 games in a row when he played.
Chelsea had the worst injury list by far last season
@@Hdex2024 they also had a bigger squad then us.
@@hafizur91Bigger Squad? They have weak squad than Arsenal by mile with or without injuries.
arteta needs to use his connections, the missing piece of the puzzle for arsenal is Julian alvarez
City drew with Liverpool, arsenal, Crystal Palace and Chelsea at home on the bounce which cost city 8 points. City didn't even play well last season. Man city even scored more goals than arsenal at the end of the season and were maybe 15 behind at one stage. Say and think what you want as pure usual but whilst peps here you'll always be second or third or whatever. We don't need to buy bcs we've got incredible fringe players coming up like foden has. We've been the leading scorers since 2012.. Let's see what you've got boys ok!! You've seen own records.
Invincibles finished with 90pts.
You would rather see city win it for a fifth year in a row than arsenal win their first in 21yrs that's crazy
City haven’t built this summer like they were able to over the last few seasons. Arsenal will be fired up and will learn from last season. It’s still going to be tight but I think we will have the edge next season. I can’t see kdb and Walker having the seasons they have previously. But they do have Pep who knows how to win leagues. We will see…
Arsenal won the league last season. Spurs & Son denied them. I still believe Son showed lack of integrity and unfairness when he failed to score against City at home
We all know even with the huge amounts spent by Arteta to buy success Arsenal will still end up bottling it.
Thats the kiss of death to Arsenal then. It will be 3 times runners up on the trot .Arteta will stay and Captain Scarlett will have
Won sweet FA for over 5 years. One hell of a project.
I don't ever want to hear all this Rory Arsenal curse BS.
Arsenal don't need tony simply
Maybe Unai Emery was too good for Mickey Mouse
I like what you are saying, but please be positive about mikel. He has done so much good work at Arsenal. It s impossible anyone would put him under pressure. He is up against a very successful manager in pep. Please give him the praise he deserves for the momumental uheavel he has done at Arsenal. It is time people stop wanting him to fail
if he bottles it 3rd year in a row, hes gone

Jennings is WRONG!
Arsenal need that striker: it’s the only thing wrong with the team.
There’s nobody in the side who can score crucial goals in tight games.
City are great but they are NOT unbeatable.
If Arsenal don’t buy a quality striker they don’t win the league.
Then Liverpool hit 98 points and missed the league by two points to City.
Rory and his hard on for Arsenal has started early this year 😂
It doesn’t matter if you finish 2 only losing with goal deference
When you make history you win trophies like city did and Chelsea beating all the record and won leagues
The first time he’s got something right, unfortunately
Anyone who looks at Mikel Arteta and says if he doesn't win the league, he's a failure find someone else.
Obviously has never achieved anything in their lives. Winning is not the only barometer for success. Especially in a competitive team sport like football.
We're talking literally a handful of games if perfection or bust is the goal then seriously good luck. 😂❤
Well the gap has considerably & consistently narrowed over the last 3 seasons, going from finishing 8th, then 5pts behind CITY, then 2 pts.
Arteta has certaintly assembled a squad to win it this season, but that means toppling Manchine City.
They didn't have KDB for half the season, Harlaand missed 1/3 and they still won it, which is what dominant champions do, but we cannot lose 5 games agian and hope to win the title.
I still think we need a hitman, although Havertz did really well when moved up front, whose to say he'll do that for the whole season.
Nketiah is about to leave, Jesus will never be a 20-25 PL striker, so sell them both and put the money to some one who will be.
Get Gykores!
We have a very good GK, not great or elite, awesome defence even before Califiori and now haveTimber back too.
Get Merina to link up again with Odegaard, just one spot needed to take care of, a No9.
