I noticed something was amiss on the update, and then I realized I needed to change the default waveform settings. I have it all dialed in now! @@djkanoya Ok just loaded it and played around with the settings. I love it with transitions. Just now moving from Toast by Koffee to Sexy Thing (Reggae version) I looped the first four beats in Sexy Thing and had Toast playing acapella for about 12 seconds, dropped an echo fade on Toast and released Sexy thing. Man this is sweet.
1:09 how does this stay true if you use all 4 of your channels? If your 1st and 4th channel act as the EZRemix, how would you control the EQs of channels 1 and 4 when you have music playing on the 1st and 4th channels?

Hello, I use a mackbook pro 2015 13 inches, exclusively for DJ work, and for the second time in two weeks the program gives problems. the wave of the music that appears in the program starts to give a kind of lock, and the audio starts to prick, failing, and the music has to stop. My sprte I use DDJ-1000, and I leave the other Dell i5 notebook on. With the notebook (windows) does not give problems. I noticed that this problem seems to be linked to using the VDJ playlists. I'm not sure. I wonder if there is a failure of the program for Mac. I am using version 2021, but I did not enable this new functionality with stems, because the performance of the mackbook using the stems was very bad. I'm even thinking about using the previous version again. But I don't even know how I can get the previous version, because I saw that there is no more on the site. I would like a point of view of what may be happening. Thankful.

Hi bro am using Dell Latitude e6330 corei5 , i have download virtual dj 2021 but i found problem on the keyboard shortcuts, the keys it's only spacebar working. Can you help me out when i press C on my keyboard the music supposed to start playing but i don't know why it's not working . I have try to set a new keyboard shortcuts but yet it's not playing
i did install vdj2021 but I' did have the 2020 version while it install it shows me that is already registered on my name is that a problem if it shows me like that
Hi! I also have an mcx8000 controller and I have a problem that I can't use the 2018 and 2021 vdj either since I replaced my laptop. Of course it works without a controller ... The old machine only had the 2018 version up, it worked without any problems. I updated the denon to version 2.5 a couple of days ago, it didn't help either. What could be the problem? When I open vdj at the start window it says that the controller is not midi compatible. Maybe the firewall is blocking it? Thanks in advance for your help!
@@djkanoya It wasn't a problem, I know now. :) I had to download the driver from the denondj website. Because you have to download it every time you want to use a new laptop. Thanks for the help! (Sometimes the problem is simpler than we think)
I have a problem with version 2021. I have just updated VDJ, and when I try to send the song forward or backward through the "skin waveform type" I can't, as if there was a resistance. With the 2020 version I did it well. Could you help me?

@@djkanoya How do i get the stem update? i have a licensed virtual dj. And i have been installing all the updates but i cant find that update. ihave tried all the steps you have shown in your video but with no luck. please help
Here's where I'm baffled. I can set up the eq to stems and get them active but they don't work for long. For some reason it switches from stems back to basic eq mode. I've tried to computers. What am I doing wrong🙏
I wonder if you inadvertently programmed a button or keyboard command to do this? You could try going to the default mapping and see if that problem continues.
@@djkanoya I use the free version for home use. I've uninstalled it and put it back on. The start screen let's me set to stems and I use the Pro. Skin in the drop down. For some reason the stems to separate the vocals etc just don't want to work🙏
@@djkanoya I actually thought it might be because it's the free version. I don't use a controller just straight software and a guitar rig I use as the sound card. So to use stems fully on all songs I'd need to possibly pay the license then.👍

nice video, but how do you get the stems to show up on the pads on the controller???
Mine were working fine too on my pads but now its stuck on hot cues, I cant get stems to load on my pads!

What laptop are you using and what are the specs?
@@djkanoya Amd ryzen 7, 16gb ram, ssd hdd, win 10, so this is a pretty powerful machine. That shouldn't be a problem.
@@DjCsubihun Perhaps reinsitall the ASIO driver. It certainly seems like everything should be working.

I had to download the driver from the denondj website. Because you have to download it every time you want to use a new laptop.

@@staffkrebs2101 Ahh, that might be the issue. Especially if you have a controller connected. I think it only works for 30 minutes.

how you create playlist(sets)
Create a playlist in the Automix side panel. Then in the Automix settings, go to SAVE. That will now save in the playlists folder.
