  • You have the right to appeal if a judge enters an eviction order against you. In this video, learn how to file an appeal, how to serve the appeal to your landlord, and what happens after the appeal is filed.
This video was made by Community Legal Services of Philadelphia (CLS) as part of the Philadelphia Eviction Prevention Project (PEPP). PEPP is an innovative project, funded by the City of Philadelphia, to assist tenants facing eviction through legal representation, financial counseling, a live tenant hotline, courtroom navigators, community trainings, and education.
Philadelphia tenants can call 267-443-2500 to access free legal advice and potential legal representation through PEPP.
CLS and PEPP also host PhillyTenant.org, a one-stop shop for tenants to learn about their legal rights and the resources available to them, so tenants can navigate evictions and subsidized housing, access legal help, advocate for their landlord to make needed home repairs, and more.
To learn more about the other services that CLS provides to low-income Philadelphians, and how you may be able to get help, visit our website at clsphila.org/h....
