Gold only has value up to a certain point and youre way, way, way beyond that point. Is this a just some type of compulsion where you're addicted to farming even after the gold will not benefit you? I'm just not really understanding the point of this and would like to hear your reasoning. Praying for gdkp to come back maybe? Imo, you're either going to sell gold or your account after you quit, or you've wasted a ton of time and effort for nothing.
@@calzord yes 5k is more then enough unless you're crafting a legendary, and in terms of gold vs items, well that depends on the items. in a lot of cases i'd rather have the gold.
It’s probably a game for him just like gearing is probably a game for you. After you can clear the top bosses, gearing is technically pointless, but you probably still do it because it’s fun. I assume he feels the same way about making money in the game; sure it’s pointless for him now in regards to buying things in-game, but learning how to get even better at making gold is probably fun for him.
@@originalggx3021 i think this is a bad comparison. gearing always makes your character more capable to play the game and more prepared to tackle future content, gold after a certain point does not.

Agreed, I would say 5k is more than enough. That being said better to have gold in items than in raw.
