There were many occasions which made me to 😭. Tears rolled down my face to see the genuine compassion in every act and gesture of this realised master. How unlucky I am not to get the opportunity to be in the aura of this great master.😓 May I soon get the luck and opportunity to see the reincarnated Diogo Khentse, the summit of the mountain of all knowing.❤️🙏🙏🙏

I always welcome a documentary of these masters of their craft but I often leave with a longing for the teaching they made. When watching videos or documentaries about indian saints and yogis, the fragrance of the master is often conveyed with their methods, words and discourses they had. With tibetan masters we're often given the fragrance through culturally respected rituals, methods and the story of its peoples. I would've loved to hear a translated discourse of this master with a student or such, instead of a narration that it happened. Documentaries about ramakrishna, ramana maharshi, nisargadatta, krishnamurti and more focus more on their teaching rather than their cultural background and such. Without a doubt does a tibetan master who spent such long time in solitude and by the feet of a master inhibit great wisdom, I wish I could've partook in that by watching the documentary is all.

Thank you, out of a hundred comments (to this and other vids) yours is the first one that shows real understanding of the Buddhist philosophy. NO BORDERS can hold the truth - that IS the lesson in the karma of the Buddhist philosophy itself. Buddhists awake, you have no country borders to stop you anymore. I m grateful that as a Westerner, I got to know these teachings. I'm sorry that a lot of people died in the process, but I'm grateful for them that they lived and taught with their death - they were torch bearers of humanity.

@@afimaci buddhist teaching can be used for modern leftist agendas as such, the Dali lama quoted in an interview in 2018 and stated "Europe should belong to europeans" tibetans know a thing or 2 about cultural and ethnic genocide and would hate to see it happen to anyone else.

Eastern mystics never cease to amaze. I met himalayan yogi Dr pradeep ullal. his amazing energy, gifts to transmit shaktipat and his humility, unassuming nature makes him one of the most sought after yogi. he is now actively helping thousands of aspirants awaken themselves through his transmissions. i am sharing his skype id which he uses sparingly when he is not in caves or mountains to serve people. id is pradeepullal. he is also doing a charity initiative called kevala foundation.

Hello, There are university scholars (like me) who say that Shambhala (in the Ngorpa Kalachakra) is the Mongols' Empire in the West of Tibet, (Ngari, Burang, Mustang Lo Mantang.). The Mongol Empire stretched from Kailash to Pakistan, to Irak, to Turkey.

Brother, he was born in India, because Kapilavastu was one of many small independent kingdoms and republics together making up the Indian subcontinent. The people of Kapilavastu were part of the Indian cultural sphere, since they were talking Indian languages (Magadhi for everyday use and Vedic Sanskrit for religious use), since they were dominated by Vedic beliefs.

The Buddha was actually born awake...self-born. He is always born Awake. The story of his leaving the palace and becoming enlightened under a tree is a myth. The Buddha is not an ordinary man...and Dilgo Kyentse Rinpoche was one of his greatest students in an earlier life, in my understanding. And the Dalai Lama, in truth, is not very realized. Not very at all - he is more of a politician - yet he is viewed with fanatical devotion by many anyway. Furthermore, the videos says Tibet had "1000 years of peace", this is also a gross overstatement. Before China moved in, Tibet was an oligarchy, a small, rich ruling class presiding over a very poor, large underclass...and punishments were severe. That was Tibet under the present Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso...shocking but true - he is a politician. Tibet's contribution to the world, the Buddha's contribution, is very very great...but the West's idealism about Tibet needs to end. Even today there is much corruption in Tibet and Tibet's government in exile. And these things are verifiable if we look for them.

With all due respect, Buddha Siddhartha Gautama was born in Lumbini, Nepal! His enlightenment symbolized as a single event occured at Bodhgaya, Bihar State, India. 2500 years ago, there were not modern national states of today, but the Buddha was born into a Newari clan, the Shakyas, still extant in Nepal.
