    DESCRIPTION FOR LEMON PICKLE( lemon achar) :
    LEMON PICKLE is a traditional popular pickle recipe made with lemons. It is one of the popular pickle(Lemon achar) in Nepal. This is my easy way of making LEMON PICKLE which is YUMMY EASY, SWEET SPICY & TASTY. It will add some good taste to your rice & curry. If you do not have much time but want to prepare a quick and comforting Pickel, then this is a perfect choice. People make LEMON PICKLE in so many different ways and there are many recipes and versions to it. This version is the best LEMON PICKLE recipe which can be prepared instantly. With the combination of different spices, the aromatic flavor provides a magical touch to the dish.
    Make sure to try LEMON PICKLE in this exact method. I am sure, you will fall in love with the taste
    (We usually BUY LEMON PICKLE. Now you can make your own version of LEMON PICKLE)
    Ingredient list for LEMON PICKLE:
    Girl Interrupted Eating.
    1kg Lemon
    1 tbsp. mustard seeds (toast it for 30 seconds and crush it)
    1 tbsp. Fenugreek seeds (toast it for 30 seconds and crush it)
    3 tbsp. oil
    5 tbsp. chilli flakes (you can reduce the amount if you don't eat to spicy)
    3 tbsp. Salt or as per taste
    3-4 Green chili
    1/2 cup Sugar
    50 ml Water
