I actually decided to do this job on my own. One of the hardest thing for me was taking off the coolant hose once I did that things went quickly. Not to bad, thank for the video.
Nice to see I don’t have to take radiator crossbar off, just need to move radiator hose, some 10mm bolts and slide out. Thanks for the video. My 2013 Sienna, had a bad control module and a fan was burned out. Used a volt meter to test control module out to each fan on a hot day. Only 12volt came out one side. Then I used some wires to jumper fans to battery to test they would run, only one fan wouldn’t turn.
The passenger side fan on my 2014 Toyota Sienna is going bad like yours. The fan is detaching off the motor shaft and making a terrible noise intermittently when it's switched. This video will help me out when I replace this. Thanks.
My AC has not been cooling like it should on hot days in my 2011 Sienna and I noticed the fan is making strange noises. I bet this is my issue as coolant levels are good and AC blows cold when it's not 90 degrees out (I live in South FLA so it's often 90!).
When you turn your AC on and it doesn't get cool when you are idling...but then you start to drive. Your fan is probably bad. Also, when you can hear your fan turn on and off while you are idling...that means your fan is working.

Mine is too! Just ordered the fan assembly and will be changing it out soon.
