I have scar tissue from two lumbar disectomies as well as scar tissue from 2 sections and an abdominal surgery when I was a child..so anterior and posterior restrictions affecting thoracic rotation ( very painful ) and other spinal mobility. Ugh! I believe every myofascial line and meridian has been drastically affected. I just got my ball TODAY and I'm ANXIOUS to try these exercises for hopeful pain relief! 🙏🏽🙏🏽 THANK YOU AGAIN!
I always seem to have lots of side bend restrictions and find that the lateral rolling really helps. Thanks for such amazing videos to help me discover and fix these limitations.
I hâve nothing & in good health, mechanically speaking but Not only. I Walk Barefoot all the time & much less in the western world. My foot are Strong & all terrain. Thanks for all your precious informations 🤸🧘😀
The reason why I'm here is because I was reading "Bodyreading- by Tomas Meyers". He made the point that the Deep Front Lines and the Lateral lines affect each other. He claims stubborn pronation can be from tight lateral lines, and stubborn supination can be caused from tight DFL like the adductors. I guess I'll see what these massages do to my body.
