Totally love this envelope pockets diy... very inspirational for my envelope journal I'm making for my niece... I'm sorry for the loss of your husband Edith, I lost mine in 2020 to a double heart attack at only 48 years old... l know the frustration of having to find the energy and stuff to do yard work let alone maintenance stuff on the house, cars etc when widowed... I have sons who have been incredible but they have now moved away from me... just came across junk journaling a month ago and this is helping me through... thanks again for this
I haven't been around much lately. My father passed away, but I decided to check and see what was going on today. I really loved what you did with the envelopes. Once I get back into crafting I might have to try that out.
Thanks for the envelope idea. Envelope ideas are always welcome. Finally got warm enough here to plant my flowers and a few veggies. It does get hot here but with very little humidity. Take care of yourself. ❤❤❤

My husband was mowing sat ,our neighbors were eating on their porch. , he immediately put the mower up .But today we lost our neighbor his heart failed him so please send prayers and blessings to his family today he was riding with his daughter when he passed his name is Willie a nice man that I can call a gentleman he will be missed thank you E ,I'm making me one of these

I Love these. Easy but adds a lot of punch! I hope and pray for Melina. Shes been kind of negative so hopefully, she takes the time to get herself healthy. Has she seen the Dr? I continue to watch her videos and give her watch time. ❤❤ she does wonderful work. Maybe she can do some shorts or lives while she is on the road.

Lovely ideas with envelopes, E. There's a business here in NZ called "Hire a Hubby" for exactly what you are after - practical odd jobs around the home and garden. No use to you, of course. I would think the plane fare and accommodation would be prohibitive. 😅 ❤ Belinda

Great way to use up envelopes. I have arthritis in my spine, so I've been in a wheelchair for about 8 years. It's spread, but luckily, i only have it in 1 finger, so I can still do my paper crafts. My son is 15 and a rock star when it comes to doing jobs for me in the house and garden. I hope u find someone to cut ur grass for u ❤

Another good idea 😊 what am I doing? I’ve been traveling and visiting family for almost 2 months. I’m so excited to be coming home Wednesday. I’ve been in a really dry place for half the time and I can’t wait to get home where it is humid. I will not complain about Arab being humid, at least for awhile. 😂

I went to water Zumba class today. It's 78 degrees here in southern Oregon. We're getting a small cool spell for the next three days, then back to warm and or hot for the rest of summer.

Hi Edith, my world is hectic as I been disabled since 2003 and talking trying to get my medical supply company mixed up to many boxes yesterday got another box at door no room in my apartment. Wants to start crafting with it so can sell it 😂 called disability office to find out where my plaque is they haven’t got it (so think it’s lost in mail or someone’s desk. Then trying to get a government phone and I ain’t on website for reciting called the food stamps office they behind. I just laughing because watching you today and talking with my friends here and hearing you today it seems we all going through it maybe because we older and see the difference . ❤you hang in there . Hi Edith. It's cold and frosty here in my part of Australia. We have just been away for three days to attend our yougest grandsons wedding. It was at Surfer's Paradise on th Gold Coast. We had a wonderful time catching up with family and friends. Anyway back to so called normal life and of course crafting. Another great video so thanks again. I am in NC. It's been cool in the mornings and humid in the afternoons. Regarding your "handyman" comment, our church has a ministry of mechanics that will check your car and do oil changes and fluids. We also have a Carpenters for Christ group that does construction projects all on donations only. My church is a true blessing for the community. God has given these people servant hearts, and they bless others with their abilities. I'm praying for you to find the right people to help you out 🙏❤️

I am in Northern AZ. We are at a higher elevation so it is not at hot as it is around Phoenix. Still had a few days in the low 90's but with our low humidity it isnt too bad. At least we arent over 110 like Phoenix!

Whatever happened to the church taking care of the widows?? When my mom was here on earth, her church helped her out from time to time. When they couldn't family would travel to help. Praying you get the help you need. I enjoyed making some of these for my journals!
I don’t think very many churches do that anymore at least not around here.
My dad died in 2020 from COVID. My husband has been doing my mom’s yard for 3 1/2 years. At least 2 acres of moving. Our next door neighbor, a policeman, has been mowing ours for YEARS. Such an incredible blessing. My mom has my brother too. He’s only moved it once. But he is so busy and really doesn’t hv time.
