Stop stripping out screw heads! If you own a motorcycle (or car, bicycle, camera, etc) that is made in Japan, you need a set of Japanese Industry Standard (JIS) screwdrivers.

JIS is just like DIN etc it's not a drive type. They are cross point screws.

You’re missing the point. Using a Phillips screwdriver in a JIS style screw will strip it. A JIS screwdriver is a necessity for Japanese screws.
