HELL TO THE YES PLEASE !!!! 😃👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Noice ! I hate when people paint mx ya is the wrong colour just makes them look like stolen junk
Nice!!
Honestly the best video/tutorial to restore old and sun faded plastic parts. Another nice thing is that you went deep into the explanation for other cases and possible solutions. 💪
Thanks for checking it out! Glad you found it helpful!
Can it work for a 2006 rmz 250
I have a 2005 rmz 250 wish you guys made a kit for it but I ordered the frame gaurds and they looks awsome definitely gonna support you guys!
Thanks for your business! Happy to hear you like the guards!
I put the new style number plates and fenders on my 05 rmz 450 they fit good
Is there any protective compound we apply to metal after sanding?
It depends if it’s steel or aluminum, steel parts will need to be coated to prevent rusting but aluminum can be left bare.
que tipo de lija es??
It is a plastic polishing wheel
@@PrymeMX do you use a paste for the polish wheel? Or is it dry?
What type of compound you use ?
Using a plastic polishing compound www.prymemx.com/collections/plasticpolishing/products/plasticcompound
Wow, that worked well! I'll be ordering some of the discs soon. I just picked up a new to me bench grinder. Cheers man!
Thanks for checking it out, keep us posted if you have any questions while on the store!
Many thanks bro. I'm cleaning up my 03' Ltz, yellow. I like the video, you did an excellent job on it. Thank you . Subbed
Happy to hear that! Thanks for checking out the video!
How are you doing brother? I've been so worried about you? You are a true Warrior Cam

Cam cameo! Edit: hidden channel!
Hi, I have an old electric buffer I like to use and I only have a wool pad. I find with plastic I don’t get quite the shine I want. Would a foam pad yield better results? What type of plastic polish do you recommend? I usually use PlastX or just carnuba based wax
Hi i have a question regarding to the plastics 2023 fit in 2017??
Thanks for the info I did not know they made shaft extenders what a great idea
Glad you found the video! Thanks for checking it out.
How do i order these i need for 2022 crf125fb
Do yall make these for crf125fb?? Please say yes!!!
Wow
Hola, como puedo conseguir el kid para colombia gracias
We ship to Columbia through our website. prymemx.com
Are these the same color as the old gen?
The 2000 and older color is different, but 2001+ is the same.
Do you know if there’s any update ones for the side ? And shroud? Of my 2006 rmz450
Sorry that’s not something we make.
Great info, thank you! I recently found an old Baldor 7" 1/2 HP Bench grinder on CL for $350, in your opinion is that a good deal? Seems these are pretty expensive even for the older models so I'm thinking i need to snatch this up, will definitely be buying my extension and wheels from Pryme!!
Glad you found it helpful! $350 does seem a bit steep, especially being only a 1/2 HP. Keep an eye out for a 3/4 HP, it’s more suitable for lots of buffing.
This is exactly what I needed to hear and see! Thx for this informative, concise video!
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks Man. Very clear explanation. Thumbs up!
Glad you enjoyed!
Blow torch
do you think i can do this with atv fender (yamaha raptor 700) with a electric sander and a drill for the polishing??
We haven’t tested it on something that large, so can’t say for sure. The problem with using a drill for polishing is it may not have enough power to get the job done. We’ve seen videos here on RUclips showing other methods for ATV fenders though.
What brand is your sander
It is from Harbor Freight
ceramic coat in this plastics? good idea?
I did not not use ceramic coat on this one. It can be done with good results however, although once it deteriorates it’s tough to strip off.
Do you use the green wheel or red wheel first?
Use the green pad for hard to remove rust and corrosion, then follow up with the red pad. If your part only needs a light cleanup, go straight to the red pad.
@@PrymeMX i sandblasted my pipe so should i go straight to the red pad?
@@superscum0311 Yes, try the red pad first and see if it gives you the finish you wanted.
Just bought the biggest Hercules grinder harbor freight had. 1hp 8” on sale for $149 for ITC members. Gonna grab an extension and make one side for polishing my small brass screws on the planes I’m restoring. Got a wire wheel for cleaning up the rust too. Thanks for the tips. That extension is going to come in clutch. I don’t have the room for a separate polisher.
That’ll be a great setup, glad you found the video helpful!
Whereabouts did you these guards ?? Looking for a set for my bike
These guards are available on our website: www.prymemx.com/collections/guards
great video keep it up with this content!
Thanks for checking it out!
Cam at 10 mins plus, it's hard to tell but is the plastic free of any scratches at all?
Yes, plastic can be polished to be completely smooth and free of scratches.
What type on hand held tool are you using here??
These wheel are mounted on a die grinder.
I wish a similar kit existed for restoring the inside of concave plastic parts.
Awesome video!! You help me decide to revamp my bench grinder and am loving it!! And saved me some cash, that never hurts. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Very happy to hear that! Glad you found the video helpful!
Good to know thank u i do indeed have an ol timey bench grinder. Made in USA😊
Got to hang onto those old solid machines! They last many decades
Great. What’s the color of the frame. Looks awesome!
Thanks! It’s called forged charcoal from prismatic powders
They got one of these for the bedroom?
We wish! Now that’d be a hot seller😆
Did she ask for a longer shaft?
😂😂
