Hi to both of you. . I was thinking as you are planning on doing some work on the Massey. . Get Azza into the habit, of use the kit, clean the kit, service and check the kit, so it's then put away ready for next time. . Go on Richard break with tradition, set a new standard in farming. . Have kit that's clean maintained and safe...😂😂😂
Absolutely ⚠️👍
Good morning Richard and Harry, what a lovely picture of the two tractors and you and your Tarzan, Harry doing well as always a little tropper, 🚜🚜⭐️👍👌
What a great lad harry is Richard,he is a credit to you memories that will always recalled, what a great help he will be to you in the years ahead, id say a farmer in the making. 👍
Farm safety First Richard.
I think you got our collective point after the last vid. We love you and Harry. Farming is passion. Set new safety standards for Harry.
New HampShire 🇺🇲 💚 ✌️
Hey Harry
You bring back memories of a mispent youth, over 45yrs ago, driving the same rig. Pto covers were a future thing. To stop the grass we attached a hessian grass seed bag to either side of the drawbar mount, which stopped the grass binding on the driveshaft
Hi Richard, nice video, great to see father and son working together in a field with two classic Massey’s👍
Good one Richard, I knew you would get it going Harry is doing a nice job!
We used to make 120 acres of hay in the 1970s spent hours a day Tedding with a35x and haybob, used to have a fisons 52 fert bag tied to the draw bar and that stopped grass wrapping around pto,the knocking on the tractor is nothing to worry about,it is the weight of the haybob making the axle knock, when the hay starts sticking to the tines it's nearly ready to bale.cutting that field will now bring up some nice fresh grass
Another great video has always Richard and Harry and George 👍
You know the danger in farm machinery and PTO shafts are up there in the top 5 I'm guessing but it's an old machine it's bound to have worn items. But you know now so it can be sorted. This sometimes happens, you can't predict everything. The cable on the Tachometer might be sticking .
That Richard was very enjoyable watching from all angles MF 35 doing what it was built to do, took me back to my childhood in the fifties seen either from a coach or train going to the seaside as the normal tractors of the day were cabless.
The joint that you say is worning and clanking at the spep near clutch, they used stick a old 2p coin inside that to tighten it up worth a try,
A refreshing slice of life served with a tall glass of bonkers
I HAVE MF 135 NOT FOR ANYONE'S CUP OF TEA BUT ITS VERY THERAPEUTIC WATCHING MAKING HAY GOOD LUCK 🤞
Hello Richard and Farmer Harry Cornock, nice video !!!!!!! 😊👌👍💪💪💪💪💪
2P coin in radius arm ball and socket to tighten them up.
great idea
Clanking from the front when going over rough ground with the MF35. I will hazard a suggestion its the bearing that the front axle articulates on is worn out and then some. Your 35 used to have a loader on it and they were well known for this bearing wearing out because they were not designed for the extra strain a loader placed on the bearing. A all too common problem with the 35's the 35X's and the early 135's . Not helped by the fact that the grease nipples are all but hidden away and are a right *** to actually grease.
Super duper. Great team. xx
I remember tying a fertiliser bag under the draw bar of the 135 to stop the hay from wrapping around the pto
The weather where you live is very nice, where I live it's rainy
You have to becareful of old vehicle if they have a clunking and clanking it could become a worse problem.
Think a lot of farms will have to change their ways. Maybe have farming holidays for those interested in farming.
Regards to all at New House Farm
Cracking content lads.thanks.
Harry is in his element this summer. Great to see it.
I know using a haybob is light work but it will do the 35 good to stretch it's legs for a few days.
Try bit duct tape on that back bit of the pto shaft it a temporary fix but it works
If duck does not work , you have not used enough.
I love it!!!
it's a winter jobs for that along with the hay bob as long as you run it at about 16 hundred
Hi all you have one good lad in Harry his got a good head on him well done young man 👨 😊
Fantastic sceme two tractors together
Yes rich and hazza. Smashing to see new blood in classic equipment 👍 keep up the great vids.👌
Put your tach in a bag of rice for a week. I'd bet the tach is cable operated and needs replaced.
Awesome both tractors going together 😍
Hello The Funky Farmer

Putting the small Massey Ferguson 35 to good use

Sounds like you need a clutch adjustment re the PTO engagement?
Glad you managed to get you both working in the same field doing the same job... Hazza I remember when I had to hopp onto the clutch like that to start our 165 mf and put in the pto.. 😊 Happy days.. stay safe 🏴
You need some Walkie Talkies so youi can talk to eachother
