💥 When I saw the #15 immediately and mistakenly I thought this was on the 15th floor but looking back I did not see 10 floors so is this condo on the 7th floor? Next in the rent is power, water & condo maintenance included too?? I love the large size condo, can you find any more like this? Thanks in advance for answers 💥😎👍
You were correct the first time it is on the 15th floor. The pool is on the second floor. See the view and count up. Maintenance is paid by owner. You only pay water and electricity 👍

Cheers, Coops! That is one massive condo. If I owned that condo I would reverse the layout of the master bedroom & kitchen/living area. It seems a waste of that view for sleeping.

I bet the owners keep hold of these condo's and I imagine these are on the market less frequently than wooden rocking horse poo lol For those who complain about the price I would like to add some perspective - where I live just outside London I rent a mid-size 3 bedroom semi-detached house in a housing estate for 69,000Bht per month. So to have a spacious 4bed that's right on the beachfront, with seaviews from every window, for only 65,000 is really cheap when you compare this.
Great video, I’ve offered thought about going over with a few other people in Renton, a three or 4 Bedroom and split expenses if everybody pays upfront for the year like 5000 USD each, there is no problem if someone after four or five months gets homesick and leaves I’m an older guy 57 already have friends that would love to do that. a question I do have for you through your experience if I was to rent a villa with a pool or this condo which one do you think would be more secure which one do you think would be less likely to get broken into thank you for your knowledge. It is impressive. Very affordable for a couple that likes room. For me a bit to big. I am looking for beach front in Jomtien area 27,000 baht would be my limit. 1 bedroom. Still very Beautiful place. 😍
The price was about half what I thought it would be. That's a bargain, i'd rent it without hesitation if it was approx a year from now when I will be there. Oh well :)

Condos are very secure here As your key card will only stop on your floor in the elevator and the communal space. 👍
I would like this just off the kitchen. living room, and the 1st bedroom. I would have to haggle for this one.
