Air fryer Rusk Cake / Dry Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
-1 cup all purpose flour (120g)
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp salt
-2 medium eggs
1 tsp lemon juice or vanilla extract
50g unsalted butter
-50g vegetable oil
6 tbsp (75g) sugar
2 tbsp (30g) milk
pinch of yellow food coloring (optional)
Notes:
-cooking time may vary depend on the thickness of the cake
air fryers are not all the same with their features, so always check 5 mins ahead of the suggested time.
-let cake cools down completely before slicing
-storage: keep in the airtight container at room temperature and last about 2 weeks
