the quality of the 2000s True Religion is unmatched! I used to buy a lot of Rocks and now have a vintage true religion jacket and the it is the best jean quality ever.
I am 100% agree because back then TR were made in the USA and the material and stitches were excellent. I still have my old TR, 8 pairs to be exact. It used to be my ONLY brand of jeans. I used to be 100% Levi's guy...when they were still made in the US. I still have my 501 that i bought in 1996, in very good shape (it faded though).
True Religion jeans used to be my favorite jeans...when they were still made in USA. I owned 8 pairs and my most expensive one was $360. Then I noticed the price went down to less than a hundred bucks. They look so generic and found out they are no longer made in USA. Then I discovered Rock Revival. Yes, they are made in Vietnam but the quality of stitches, inside and out are excellent compare to non-US-made True Religion. Too bad I could no longer wear my old TR because I gained a lot of weight BUT I still kept it hoping I might lose some weight.
Robins jeans are my all time favorite baggy jeans from the early 2000s . They used a unique wash / studs on their denim that I see many “hyped Instagram brands “ imitate to this day . I also prefer the stretchy cotton they use on their denim ,to me its more comfortable than any true religions that I have owned .
I got a pair of RR today, it was $175 at buckle but it was worth it compared to my other trueys, I like the stitching better. Theyre also more comfy, also somewhat stretch. RR got my vote, they also look better

Tru Religion wins. These jeans are judged wrong for this Era. We don't shop for heavy jeans nomore. We shop for light weight jeans that moves with you. ROck Revivals takes an Hard L in this day and age. As I stated on another video of yours. Tru Religions have made a comeback, they just don't have anyone famous pushing them so much. They are moving from boot cut to more slim and skinny fitting jeans. 👍
Modern tru religion is lame af the bootcut look is way better, and they arent trying to pay attention to rappers or anything going on,, just bought some used rock revivals off ebay for cheap,, its also cool how theres nearly endless variations of their jeans and back pocket design
True religion all day..the rocks may be thicker and made sturdy. But they are heavier I think the trues are lighter for a reason to be more comfortable. Also I just prefer the simple horseshoe, the rocks just have to much on them personally.
I cant wear straight rocks anymore, it has to be the moto slim / skinny lines, the leather waist patch on the straight fits RUIN my shirts the metal letters cause the stitching of my shirt to rip because it catches on it, idk if anyone else has this issue or notices but it pisses me offf lol. True religion i feel like i never have an issue with, i ended up taking out all my rocks from my wardrobe and just have them for collection now. True religion denim is completely unmatched, also not to mention the rock revival dick lining ALWAYS rips after a couple years, the ammount of overpriced rip dick rocks i see on markets are INSANE. I almost NEVER see this issue with true religion, and the back pockets on rock revival also tend to rip at the two top corners aswell, the best way to take care of any jean is to hang dry them. And some rock revivals do go up to $250, not alot but once in awhile they can be $250 ive seen some red pairs going for that even on buckle a couple different times

Take them to the cleaners... I don't wash my jeans I get several wears out of them and once they get stains or something I take them to the dry cleaners. It's not that expensive if you go every couple weeks or every other month but some of thus stuff I barely wear

True religions in my opinion look more simple and not a lot of extra stuff going on and the thick stitches on the super t look good. Those that you have that are super t do not look like the super ts I have, those look more like big ts. My super ts have way bigger stitching than that idk if it’s just there newer super ts have bigger stitching or what and the ones I have aren’t bootcut there tapered and look nice. And the 2 big ts I have say made in Mexico and the super ts are made in china Those trues you had in this video was not a good comparison between the 2
