With inflation going on right now. This car is worth to buy. Used cars nowadays are way over priced.
Yea minus the 5000 over MSRP you pay when u buy a new vehicle .
@@zackbarba8591 You can avoid that by knowing which and what fees to request the dealership to knock off. Lots of dealerships add unnecessary fees they don't want the buyer to know about. You can find videos on RUclips of certain dealers going over these "hidden" fees.
@@chloemurray8876 I sell cars for a living , top 10 on the east coast . And I’m a six figure a year salesman . I don’t need to watch any RUclips videos lmao.
@@zackbarba8591 So you rip people off? Just because you rip people off doesn't mean everyone has to accept that.... I've seen dealerships sell the venue at MRSP and other people buying it at MRSP + taxes.
@@chrisea I’ve seen people buy them for 6.000 over Mrsp. I don’t rip people off . I don’t make the prices , I’m a salesman not a manager . Also you haven’t seen shit , how would you know multiple people who bought venues and know what they paid . Go back to you minimum wage job you don’t know shit . People are buying houses for way over the asking price right ? So what wouldn’t people be buying cars over MSRP. Have you heard of inflation ? Probably not because you have been making 15 an hour for the last 5 years ? What retail store do you work at ? Lol broke bihhh
I just bought this exact car! And this is my favorite review by far. You totally nerd out and show us everything we really want to see. Thanks!
Im living at the fact you mentioned spirited away in your video!!! 🙆🏻♂️✨ this car has caught my eye for a while so im excited to buy it in the next couple of months
I bought a Venue a couple of months ago. I think the back seats fold down flat, and lots of driver assist stuff. Lane changing assist is great.
My sister just bought one today November 29th 2021!
@@dylansimpson4611 I really like mine. I drive it in normal mode, not sport.
You own it and you THINK the seats fold down?
Great little car
@@Ravenesque19 sport is better 😂
I feel like Hyundai is under-appreciated. I do like the Venue and Kona (I know this isn’t one) but compact size is great.
Hyundai has improved A LOT from what they were even 10 years ago.
i had 3 scion xb's.. 2004 2004 2006,, without the roof rails id say its made kinda like a scion, but hey i like it.. this venue and the kona caught my eye, ive had a sonata since 2015, 274k miles... minimal maintenance...
Test drove on and loved it
2022 Venue vs 2022 Nissan Sentra (both as manual base trim) in Toronto?
Great test drive
whats the difference between 2021 and 2022
Does snow mode come standard?
I really like Hyundai and Kia products but those super low turn signal are not the way especially with everyone buying pickups and suvs that are larger no one is gonna see them
Why so many in black interior ??? Southern CA is desert climate. Paint is thin too ???
Kinda looks like a Mini Cooper
this is a beast!
2022 Hyundai is so cute little SUV love it
Adding $2000 to price is senior abuse. Adding another 2G on top of the high price of gas hurts.
Charging port?
Been driving this as a rental, it’s very small. No room for any of your things, let alone a car seat. But it’s actually peppy and small and fun to drive! It also has been getting 40mpg which is making me fall in love with it. If it had led headlights on my version I’d probably buy it for a commuter car.
We have a car seat and a toddler seat, fits no problem. Plenty of room
Fit how many things?
I used it as a rental too, car seat, child, wife, dog and I, we all fit well along this luggage. Trunk was a bit small but you have to stack.
Looks very similar to the xc40 r-design with the white paint and black roof
Everyone always goes on about the looks ... and not the function.
Suks that they didn’t make a awd version
They don't give you that cupholder. It is $65.00 extra. Alo, the seats ar enot leather. It is misleading to call them leather.
manual Parking Brake !!! good
No moonroof on the top of the line Limited? Bummer.
You can’t get a sunroof if u get a two tone exterior paint. Sorry.
Which suv would you compare this to, size wise?
Nissan Kicks, Toyota CH-R, Honda HR-V. Kicks is the closest competitor since the Toyota and honda ones are a bit more expensive.
Yes, the other reply is correct, except the Kicks has more cargo room and more leg room in the back and a less boxy style.
I just got my '22 Venue Limited and the salesperson said there is no cupholder for the rear - only the bottle holder on the door.
How much out the door are u paying if u dont mind me asking?
Didn't they make you take that optional unattached cupholder for the back for $65.00? When I went to look at the car, which I liked but ended up not purchasing, they added a bunch of stuff to the price, including a first aid kit for $30.00, that unattached cupholder, a cargo net, a cargo tray, etc. But I was looking at the 2023 model. I also was looking at the Limited. They also added another $1,500.00 in options they said I had to take before they'd sell me the car. That, plus the fact I could not test drive it, is why they lost my sale. The car was sold to someone else two weeks later. This car is really attractively priced until they start adding on unnecessary items. Warren, now that 11 months have gone by, how do you like your Limited? I'd love to know.
I own a 2021 hyundai venue denim and love it. I will say, the thing is tiny! Thought it might be a bit bigger in person. Getting into parking spots is a dream though.
This is just a personal preference, but the "limited" 2022 is what the 2021 denim was. The denim is a bit whacky in theme, but its honestly cool. Very blue themed, seats literally reminiscent of actual denim material. I like it. canadian tuxedo ayyy
I don't understand the limited has no sunroof and wireless apple car play/android auto but the SEL does? Then the other nice upgrades of the limited are lost on the SEL?
As far as I can tell from looking at the Limited on Hyundais website it has Bluetooth and Apple and android auto. Not sure about sun roof
Gotta have sunroof if it's a limited 🤷♀️
You can get a sunroof. But not with the two tone exterior color
Anyone know how to turn off the seat belt chimes ?
You put on your seat belt.
I do
I just don't like the alarm sound
@@mariogaudiomonte5866 pull the fuse
Needs a minimum of 50hp more. The vehicles too heavy plus occupants for 121 hp motor. The motor will strain and wear out quicker due to the lack of power and torque to move the vehicle. A 2.4L natural aspirated engine would have been a better choice. But with today's technology Hyundai could have easily get 190 hp out of 2.4L. I remember my 1998 Pontiac Sunfire 2.4L had 150 hp. This Hyundai is a very nice car but just lack the power. Maybe next year.
Lol this venue weighs less than my 2015 civic and that only has 20 more hours than this
This is a fact! I have driven the venue for 2500 km in eastern part of Canada and i would say the motor was struggling to haul 3 adults and a kid in mixed terrain especially uphill
Super comment👍 😀
You didn't take it for a drive...
Fuel economy is not good because the power output.
You mean it doesn't get good gas mileage. I was considering buying one.
@@christybillingsley3654 it gets 33 but I’ve heard of ppl getting 40 depending on where they live and what oil you use
@@christybillingsley3654 everyone has been saying the gas mileage is good
How is this a review without a test drive..
Badge is ugly, with forward bend H. Can be Hi with a letter screech around i or some thing like that.
Beautiful but no sun roof and no bluetooth
Mine has both. Used sun roof ones tho.
Mine was 20.6k in dealership
The reviewer speaks way to fast. It sounds like he’s at an auction.
You didn’t answer the question. Also why didn’t you test drive it
When I went to look at the car, the dealer said it was not prepped. He wouldn't let me drive it without putting a deposit on it and without them adding $1,500.00 in options first. I passed.
How is it on gas?
I get about 400 miles per tank
A combined city/highway of 33.5 miles/gallon if you drive conservatively on my first 17,000 miles.
Did you watch the video lol.
Are you competing with speed talkers. Was interested in learning about the Venue but your rapid talking made it difficult to follow. Left after first 15 seconds.
Remember when cars had proper size engines in them
Awd???
With a CVT, they lost my sale.
Technically an IVT. It uses a chain instead of a traditional belt system. Very reliable and no belt slip/stretch.
But it’s better than Nissans Jatco CVTs that only last about under 50k miles
This or Toyota Corolla Cross
I need to the review the Toyota
@@BenHardyCars oh yeah
Corolla Cross is much bigger. My neighbor has one. I was surprised at the size. Thought it was small for some reason
Its small
Because it is
That’s the point lol
Otter 🥵
LIKE
Over priced
I can’t understand his English
He talks too fast. That's why.
Nobody knows what that movie is except for you and your boyfriend.
