Nice Thanks for those I have titanium Easton inserts in my victory VAP TKO’s but there 55 gr which throws off my sight tape I’ll be seeing you very shortly ( next week lol) for a 1/2 dozen to swap out that way they will shoot the same as my others using 50 gr aluminum inserts
I like them! My only issue with this design and Easton’s titanium half out is when you hit something hard, the shaft mushrooms and the insert slides into the shaft. I think a groove for the shaft to slide into would be cool. I think victory has something like that? I suppose a half out+collar/sleeve system is the setup for me. Ideally I wouldn’t be hitting something that hard. Cheers!
Victory's 166 half-outs will split the carbon at the end of the half-out. Not impressed by them. The shank isn't long enough to survive impacts and I don't like aluminum for outserts.
I'm assuming it's to cut down cost. One size fits all. The easton 95 grain stainless insert and 50g alum both have that small sleeve to enclose the shaft. Easton titanium doesn't have it either
Yes that is a MAJOR flaw. A regular 13 grain insert can handle a head on impact. Side impacts is where you want the strength which these inserts DO NOT have.

It's a pain in the butt to buy it, it's expensive, and you want the gun and mixing nozzles if you're doing more than a dozen at a time. However, it might be the best adhesive on the market. Why spend a ton of money on titanium components if you cheap out on glue?

yes you can. I'm shooting the tack driver 2.75 with the Arizona easy fletch on 166 arrows. they can be a pain to get to stick but if done right ,it's a massive helical.

I had an issue with the .204 of course I didn't notice it till they were installed and glued in my shafts, 2 if them I have issues screwing in my feild points as in it won't let me screw in a 125gr easton match grade feildpoint it will let me screw in 100grain, and the other 3 will take the 125gr but 2 of them will not and it drives me crazy. Can't do anything as I'd have to replace my entire freaking arrow which I just built RIP TKO's, want to do another half dozen but don't want to run into this issue again. Josh can you check that situation out, make sure you don't have anymore which i guess you would as I highly doubt I got the only 2 bad ones in the batch, 125grain easton match grade feild points, the 100grain is fine but 125 and im guessing up are the issue. Dont have an issue with my 125graun broadheads either, but you should be aware of this issue and try to get it resolved as thats a pretty common feild point to use.
I can email a video to you if you'd like to see what I'm talking about, I'm not really pressed or complaining, just want you to be aware of this issue.

I switched to the day six insert system on the ximpacts using the 300mm titanium inserts, but it appears Brian is no longer selling them.
