Welcome back to my channel! This is a raw and uncut video of me just talking to what I was in the midst of taking to Jesus about. I just felt like someone needed to hear this.
All I will say is that the deepest and truest heart rending healing process is not for the faint of heart. The Bible says that “Godly sorrow produces repentance.” And boy have I been dependent a lot lately after realizing how much of a hot mess I was and still am.
But GOD!! He is faithful and long suffering. I pray this short testimony blesses somebody.

this is so beautiful! Went through heartbreak idolizing marriage & being a wife. so much hope deferred but I know that Abba has called me to be single in this season. It’s not time for me to date nor be married. I’ve finally reached a point where I no longer idolize marriage anymore. I used to watch ‘prophetic’ marriage videos on RUclips & I have no interest in watching them anymore & im so glad God delivered me from that.♥️ Felt so deeply of Holy Spirit telling me not to date or entertain anyone this year especially since I’m currently in school for nursing. This is the time for me to stay focused ♥️

I think we can definitely make an idol out of marriage and children, when it it seem as the norm at a certain age and we don’t see it happening for us, so we hyper focus on it, turns into an idol then God cannot bless that. It’s said isn’t it, then you have people who don’t care they just do and are marrying and doing it all, what a world we live in, but Gods timing is perfect, we have to want God more than these things, cause they’re just add ons, and the real prize is making it to heaven on day :)

When i say this was right on time. Im a mother of two. Im a divorcee. But the part about BEING! Sister in Christ! You dont realize how many people you are touching with this word. I have literally had the song Firm Foundation stuck in my head. I woke up out of my sleep singing it 3 times the other night. We have to surrender ALL! Its a daily sacrifice. And a daily choice. Praise God for your voice. And dont ever let anyone or anything lower your volume.

I believe it's important to emphasize that being a wife and mother is totally God oriented, because He desired this for us first, so it's not an idol. However, we can make it one, desiring this over God. Now that's the real issue. Just wanted to say this ❤❤
Yes, absolutely true! Anything God desires for us that is good can become idols. Look at sex. It has long been an idol for many years. Yet, most people don’t realize nor talk about how even marriage, a spouse and having children can become an idol. God spoke clearly to my heart about this being my idols and my previous vids regarding my testimony on this speaks to that…thanks for commenting

Glory to God my sister, that spoke to me!! I also surrendered those same idols to God two years ago, I'm still fighting with some thoughts, but God have given me the strength to persevere. I'm trying to better myself in the 'Fruits of the Spirit' specially patience and kindness. I'm very involved in church, preaching the gospel and missions that helps a lot.

Yes, many are running rampant around here. We must be on watch and continue to discern. A cute face and flattering tongue is not worth it. 😢

Jesus did say, not everyone who says LORD, LORD, shall enter into the kingdom of Heaven, but those who do the will of My Father in Heaven. Matthew 7:21 When it comes to looking for a spouse. Its best to fast and pray and ask God to send you a true God-fearing man or woman

I'm watching my 4 year old little brother. He's so annoying I was just thinking maybe it's not all that plus worldly people who have kids make videos on TikTok about how they love their kid but they don't like motherhood & feel depressed.

Thank you for being so transparent. You’ve blessed many people with your message. The fact that you are focused on finding your identity in Christ will prepare you for being a wife and a mother. I wish I had truly understood this before getting married. For me motherhood was such a huge idol. My husband and I struggled for 8 years to get pregnant. It wasn’t until I came to the end of myself( failed fertility treatments and miscarriages) that I was able to say to the Lord that I would serve Him no matter what and mean it. I literally had to accept that I might not be a mom. It was hard, but God was too good for me not to serve Him just because I didn’t get what I wanted. Within 7 months of letting go, God performed a miracle in me! I got pregnant naturally. He healed me of infertility and then blessed me with two more children. Praise you, Jesus! You are so good.
Omg!! This testimony of your is sooo good and brings hope to me and I’m sure many other woman reading this. Thank you for confirming this was a journey you had to walk through as well, even as a married woman. I appreciate your transparency as well. God is doing some amazing things in the body of Christ and this is exactly what He means when He says there is one Spirit that works in all. Thank you again for sharing.

I felt so much of this! I don’t feel like God has called me to not date but circumstances say otherwise. I think that may be because I made an idol of a non-believer I know. It’s hard for me to find a godly man I like & vice versa but those non-believers..yeah Satan definitely knows what he’s doing there 😫 so with that I haven’t had any real interest in dating or have anyone interested in me for almost a year. I think God put me in time out lol but giving up the idol of marriage & kids is so hard. Marriage is one I definitely struggle with especially since I have kids & was never married.
Thank you for sharing this. You are absolutely right when you say that Satan knows what he’s doing when he places a “desirable” non-believer in front of us. It’s wild how much he studies our desires and wants and even needs, it he’ll always try to present the counterfeits before God’s time and before we are actually ready to receive the real thing that Hod has for us. He wants to kill, steal and destroy BEFORE the breakthrough. So I feel you sis. Hang on in there. The Lord may be putting you on a time out, so don’t take this season for granted. Dating isn't even biblical. Back then they courted and only with the intention to marry. No situationships in the word! It's difficult because the desire to marry is God given & the enemy knows this. He trys to torture the sisters. I advise you get fit. Get in your assignment. Focus. Let God heal old trauma. Get in solid church community & serve others. Feed the sheep. You will have joy & the WAIT won't be so arduous.
@@danilaroche1156 Very True sis. Since I’ve obeyed God by not dating, God is really building me up and helping me see what is necessary and what is not in recognizing and receiving my man of God. My forever spouse. The Lord is so intentional with me as His bride and you better believe I’m being properly taught to recognize my intentional king who will walk along side Jesus in treating me like the church. My mission is to encourage all women to do the same. ❤️🙏🏽
Crazy how I googled this week about fasting from dating. I couldn’t find not one video. I googled fasting from dating for a season nothing. I realized how I made relationships and marriage an idol. I asked God for forgiveness and I’m reading Girl get lost. I use to say God if you just send my husband then I wouldn’t be entertaining these men. Now I just say God give me you and teach me how to know your voice. I’m not dating for a year. I asked God to remove every demonic spirit the was attached to each sexual partner I had . I was so desperate for a relationship I participated is lesbian for a few seasons. Just desperate . Now I’m desperate for more of God.
Wow! Thank you for sharing a snippet of your testimony! So so glad you received a revelation about relationships becoming your idol. I just did a video on explaining how your heart desires can become an idol and gave the exact example of how we can say: God, if you can do this, then I’ll stop or start doing this…it’s a real thing and I’m glad more people understand how idols can captivate our heart and try to take the place of God in our lives. God told me to stop dating or being in relationship & I obeyed. It was the best decision. 2 years. Absolutel peace and though I experienced loneliness, on occasion..I grew very close to Jesus. Here's the thing..I was single minded to follow Christ & the enemy sent a narc a witch. He was posing as a disciple and pretending to want to marry me. He even fooled my pastor whose VERY discerning. Eventually God showed me in dreams and my gut he was hell sent. Be careful ladies.
@@danilaroche1156 Yes!! I always say now that Satan is getting real good with sending these counterfeits and training them to look like and talk like “disciples”. My ex was a high ranking warlock, which is why I share my testimonies now. I have yet to share those in depth experiences and what I had to do and am doing to sever those ties completely, but it’s real and not really talked about. Thanks for sharing. ❤️

My heart desires became idols . At that point I needed to surrender the desire back to God. He’ll give them back to me as PURE heart desires and motives at the right time. Right now my focus has shifted back to Him completely. Stay tuned for my next video on this topic. God is Lord and a very jeolous God. He shall have no other gods before Him. 🙏🏽

Amen! I love this and I believe God is speaking to many of us on similar journeys in the body! Through my most recent fast, God brought me to the revelation to surrender it all to Him and focus on being His wife! As a wife and woman of God, there is no confusion only supernatural clarity! We are to be so engulfed with our Creator that the Man that He brings us to will know without a shadow of a doubt and we will know because our Father, our 1st Husband is near and dear to us! In fact, it’ll happen so fast that we may not even want it then, lol! That is how I am seeing it happen for those women of God who got married once they consecrated their relationship with God fully!! Your time is coming as this journey is happening specifically for a reason. While you were speaking, I imagined you doing a follow up video in the future (post marriage) showing a clip of this and laughing at yourself at how you used to perceive things! Yes!! He is definitely speaking to many of us! I am so glad that you are confirming that He must be our Husband first and we need to be willing to be his bride and wife first. This is His desire and order. The woman is to be like the church and submit to Christ until He brings our earthly yet Godly spouse to us; and as our husbands submit to God, we will be able to submit to him like we had experience doing with Christ first. So praise be to God and thank you for sharing. Also, I receive the word about doing a follow up video with my forever spouse and laughing at how i had to go through that before to get to where I will soon be. All glory to God. Thank you for the compliment. Yes, I do date outside my race/culture. And yes, I absolutely believe in putting your faith with your works. I’m not dating now per the Lords instructions, but I believe in getting out there when the time is right. 🙏🏽
My boyfriend of 7 months was ready to propose. Sis, he was clear that Jesus brought us together. He FOUND me. Pursued me. Was intentional. No games. No fornication. I just thought of him as a casual friend. Not really my 'type '. Before we got in courtship he told me he struggled with mental illness. Depression and OCD. I picked up on this first day we met. I get it because i suffered mental illnesses 7 years ago. Jesus healed that. Sooo.. I'm certain he wants to marry me and my pastor approves. Sis..my man was so distraught. He said he loved me but his mental issues prevented him from committing. I was SO upset. I took it personally and was angry. He left! I still love him & a mutual friend told me my ex still loves me. Any thoughts?
The first thought that came to mind is that it’s important to know and be aware of ALL of the faucets that you and your potential spouse need to be equally yoked on. Being equally yoked isn’t just meeting and marrying another believer. It’s about the purposes, callings, the mental and emotionally capacity and maturity level and so forth. Do they all align at the time of you guys coming in each others life? Is there room for a positive shift to come in alignment with the guidance of God etc? These are just a couple of questions to consider. So, because you mentioned that you suffered(past tense) from mental illnesses 7 years ago, but yet this man comes in your life post deliverance, but yet currently he struggles with mental illness; it’s important to pray and ask God if this man was sent by Him. That saying, “don’t go back to what God delivered us from” isn’t just about our own life choices, but it’s also about who we keep company with. This may have only been a test for you sis because trauma bonds are real. You may have had compassion on him and recognized that he’s struggling in the same way you once did, and so it felt “right” or familiar, but that Doesn’t mean he ought to be your spouse. Now I’m not saying he could never be, but from experience in my own life and in counseling others, bonding with people over old or past trauma is more common than we think. I believe that when God brings a person in your life and deems it is time for two people to marry, than there will be sufficient healing on BOTH ends and a testimony that follows regarding clear and evident deliverance and change. Remember, marriage is a ministry and so once God joins two people together, He’s expecting them to step into that ministry for the edification of the saints and for His kingdom. In order to do this, both spouses need to be whole, healed and spiritually mature. He still needs to heal, grow and wait upon the Lord for the right time to become one with another person. Let God do it and if it was ever a part of God’s will, then God will bring that man back into your life with the same pursuit, but this time Healed. I hope this helps. ❤️
P.S. and if your love for him is still there, then keep praying for Him and his healing. God will do the rest. 🙏🏽

I'm in a rough season😂 but one thing I sat down and realised I would be on fire for him but when entering a relationship it doesn't glorifying Him which causes me to leave God behind .So I can definitely say I idolised relationship s,so now I just want God to work on me period,
I idolized marriage 20 years ago and married a narc. A Satanist. He cheated, abused drugs, stole and tried to kill me. FR. He divorced me. Thank the Lord.
There's no such thing as idolizing marriage where is that in the Bible God wants us to want marriage.
@@erikmurray3661 Yes, there is love. Examples of woman that idolized wanting children for example are: Sarah and Hannah. Sarah had to surrender HER PLAN and idea of trying to build a family through her servant Hagar; while Hannah had to make a concession to surrender Samuel to the priest if only God would open her womb. So yeah hun, God eventually blessed them after they surrendered. People idolize all types of things & it's in the Bible, sweetpea.
Woke Christianity is irritating, you're saying a whole lot of nothing. God places these desires in our hearts. It's the one thing he wants his people to long for. God spoke to you regarding these things, it's your own personal revelation.
I think she's right on point. Corrupted Christianity is irritating but Jesus isn't.
God told me to take a sabbatical from dating & relationships. I cried too but it was the wisest decision. I grew, healed and got in my purpose.
