Hi Brandon. In terms of you using a new bean planter this season, how do you feel about the stand of beans in general, spacing, skips, etc. As far as wearing working clothes, I have grown to like wearing bibs when working in the shop or outside, (course my wife hates it if I wear them to town). Don't need to keep hiking them up all the time, and keeps people safe from the bad moon rising when you've gotta get down and dirty! Who cares what the fashion police think!
Hey Mike I'm very happy with the results I got with the 1780 it did a really good job as far as spacing getting the seed in and covered another thing was I was able to stay on track with population their for I wasn't way over or way under on seed I got done planting my planned acreage and I had a minimal amount of seed left over so it's very accurate my other planter there wer springs I ended up way over on what I wanted to plant as average population....I need to get me some bibs!!
Glad you got the field done. I also like having tools etc handy at all times. My philosophy is “I’d rather be looking at it than looking for it” I hope L2 on tracks makes an appearance this harvest. That combine is way cool
Hey @dirtgrainsteel ! By " junk store in MC" did you mean Sharps Surplus ? That is where I bought some magnets like you use for the phone mount. Have a safe and abundant harvest.
I agree equipment lasts longer stored under a roof! I noticed you have standing corn. Here in south central Kansas are corn is ready before soybeans. Brandon I walked into a patch of double crop beans yesterday. Almost half of the field you think , do I run a combine over it?
I like that [Functional Work Clothes] they say that about me all the time that I wear the same clothes. 6 pairs of Carhartt duck pants , 8 gray Duluth long tail ,4 black ,4 white,4 dark gray . Winter 6 Realtree Camo. I only wear them when I work . But I work 7 days a week , 5 days at work, weekend I work on my house or on restoration projects or just around the property.Einstein had 12 set of the same exact suit that he always wore. He said he didn't want to waste his time thinking about what to wear. If it was good for him it's good for us.🍻
They are the most comfortable heavyweight 100% cotton shirt that I have found.More comfortable than Carhartt's and last longer. Being 100% cotton the grinder and welding splatter don't set them on fire.If you weight till Xmas they go on sale and get free shipping that's when I stock up for the year.🍻@@dirtgrainsteel
That combine did it even have a alarm or something for low oil pressure? If not wow I’d thought it would have a light at least great video thanks for sharing I also have the exact same clothes in several pairs I like bibs and dark blue shirts 😂
