@@witchhazel8583 I definitely focus on giving her liquids. I do not focus as much on her health when it comes to her food. They do feed them fairly decent meals there. I focus on enjoyment.
I have recently lost both my parents to dementia recently my mum looked after my dad until he died then mum died 7 months after from a broken heart then mum died 😊
Are you required to put her name on the cat? My mom was in a nursing home with dementia. She had a build a bear with a heartbeat. When she would get anxious she would hug the bear and we told her she was safe because it was mine and my twins heartbeat. Day one in the nursing home and it went missing.😢
